Great Reaction! Leol is just Hagya's new name that he makes everyone call him.

The plan of attack and matchups were already mentioned in an earlier episode (specifically the very last scene at the end of E95). Gon and Killua vs Pitou (still seems to be going according to plan here) Knuckle and Shoot vs Youpi (still seems to be going according to plan) Knov and Morel vs Pouf (Knov dropped out of combat so it's Morel vs Pouf alone, and they've just engaged in combat, so still sort of going to plan). King vs Netero (still seems to be going according to plan here). So the plan still seems to be going really well. The matchups have been secured as planned, outside of Knov's sudden drop out. Really important to mention: The plan specifically for everyone outside of Netero is just to occupy the time of the Royal guards. Winning against the royal guards, even 2 vs 1 is frankly practically impossible. The entire plan revolves around Netero vs Meruem, and hopefully Netero winning before the Royal Guards obliterate them and rush off to the King. And as was said before, if they lose all 3 royal guard matchups, it's worth it as long as the King is killed.

When it comes to Netero pointing back at Pitou: I think it's really important to know that Netero is someone who's clearly a very grey character. I wouldn't label him as a "good guy". When he pointed back at Pitou, he knew that Gon (and Killua), two very green hunters, had frankly no chance of beating Pitou if she attacked them. Another example is the Hunters Association and The Hunter exam. It is a very "grey" exam. Yeah people sign up for the danger, but the exam was designed in a way that many people lose their lives. Under Netero's watch, insane individuals like Hisoka, Illumi, phantom troupe members like Shalnark can obliterate other contestants and be perfectly accepted as Hunters. Long story short, Netero does some good for sure, but he has a dark side to him and it's very noticeable.

Hagya situation: He was originally called Hagya but changed his name to Leol and has insisted everyone use it. That's really the extent of it.

The translation feels off and grammatically incorrect at times. I wonder which version of the subtitles this is

no clue.. but last time we watched through netflix and we were told they were worse than these ones.

This one’s better. Don’t worry. It is slightly off from the “ideal” sub most people are used to. It seems to be an older version of the ideal one but I wouldn’t worry about it. I genuinely don’t know why you guys are having issues with the subs, I really haven’t seen this before. Netflix is horrid. Avoid.

We use crunchyroll for everything but HxH is not on there in Bulgaria.

The arc that makes "Hunter x Hunter" an anime of its own league!
