I had a hernia repair in 2016, got it from my college cycling class 🙃 haha. Painful recovery at first but nothing too bad! Hoping you have a good recovery!

Get week soon drew! My oldest son had hernia surgery. He recovered fairly quickly. After a couple weeks he hardly could tell he'd even had surgery. Take care of yourself and the bistro huddy crew! Take all the time you need.
