Disc Cues

Go: Run away from me as fast as you can and I’ll throw you a disc

Catch: Run a short distance away from me and look back to catch a disc

Strike: Bite the disc in my hand and tug

Switch: Release disc you currently have and immediately bite disc in other hand

Take: Bite the disc I’m holding up and continue moving in the direction you traveled (I will release the disc)

Through: Run through my open legs and I’ll throw you a disc
