Tier Pricing + Discount Updates (Patreon)

Hey Folks!!

Two changes related to Patreon pricing and discounts that I wanted to make you aware of today.

The first is that I am now offering a discount on all my courses to all Patreon members at all times! Okay there’s only 2 courses right now, but I have plans for at least two more in late 2024 and early 2025!

A few of you have asked if there is a discount or sale coming up, so I decided to make a sale permanently available to my Patreon folks as a thank you for being a Patreon member. Now, when you use code PATREON15 you will receive 15% off any of my courses! Please keep this code private to Patreon members so that I am able to offer this discount in perpetuity.

And don’t worry, you’ll also continue to receive deep discounts on presale of my new courses that are only available to my Patreon members!

The second change has to do with tier pricing. I have charged the same amount for each tier since I began Patreon more than 3 years ago, while costs have continued to rise on the backend for all the things that it takes to run Patreon and the YouTube channel. Because of this, Patreon tier pricing is going to go up slightly starting on July 14th for current members. While I dislike doing this, it’s something that I’ve needed to do for a while now. I appreciate everyone’s support as I make this change, and completely understand if you need to change your membership tier going forward.

It is really important to me that my Patreon membership remains affordable and I will continue to keep the “Member” level tier less than the price of a latte per month to make Patreon accessible to most people who are looking for the resources I offer here.

When: I will make the pricing change on June 14th. New membership pricing will change on that day. After I make the change, current members will still be charged the current pricing over the next 31 days. After 31 days (after your next billing cycle), the pricing will increase to the new pricing outlined below. I totally understand if the price increase is not within your budget. Remember you can always downgrade or upgrade your membership at any time under the membership tab.

Anyone already on the yearly pricing plan will not see updated pricing until their next annual payment.

Limited Time 10% off current pricing: Before the price increase takes place, I wanted to give my current Patreon members the opportunity to lock in current pricing for the next year, plus a 10% discount. If you choose to upgrade your monthly membership to a yearly membership before June 14th you will get current pricing, plus 10% off and will not be charged the new pricing until your membership renews in a year. For example, a yearly “Member” level membership will cost $32.40 (+tax in some states) for the entire year.

If you’re looking to change your tier, you can do so under the membership tab. I do not have access to your personal information/credit card and am not able to make changes for you. You will also be receiving an email directly from Patreon with the pricing updates on June 14th, once the price updates are made.
