Iceland, Dogs at Weddings, and Wedding Tips (Patreon)

Hey Folks!
So this is the first week in about 10 months that I haven't released a video, sort-of (check your inbox tomorrow for a BIG announcement in the weekly newsletter!).
I decided to give myself the week off, as Eric and I are currently in Iceland on a bucket-list trip for our 10th wedding anniversary. So, in leu of a YouTube video, here's a few pictures of my hubby and I, and more importantly, Jake, in the custom suit my mom made to match Eric's suit. Having Jake as best dog at our wedding was one of my favorite memories from the ceremony. I also included a picture of my dad and I, and his first guide dog, Izaac because he was a handsome boy too!
Pro-tips! If you decide to have your dog at your wedding:
1. Make sure your dog wants to be at the wedding and that they won't be stressed with the chaos and big feelings that are a part of most weddings.
2. Train a lot, especially around microphones, crowds, and in long stays. Oh and to look at the camera so you can get those epic wedding shots!
3. Don't bring them to the reception. Instead, crate them with a nice meaty bone in the hotel room.
4. Most importantly: hire a friend or professional handler to take care of your pup(s). The best gift I recieved was a friend of mine taking care of grooming, dressing, walking, feeding and handling Jake, as well as my dad's guide dog, so that I could focus on the getting married part.
Have an awesome weekend ya'll! See you next week with a brand new YouTube video :)
Best,
Laura
