Q&A Live: Wednesday October 11th, @3:00pm ET (link below)

Deep Dive Live: Friday Oct. 20th @12pm ET (link in separate upcoming post for Inner Circle & Elite Members), Topic TBD

PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR! :) I will no longer be doing reminder posts as it seems to cause some confusion, so be sure to mark down the date and Zoom link!

LIVESTREAM INFO:

Reminder that our livestreams are via Zoom and I will post the YouTube replay link after the event with a brief summary of the topics covered. You can always go back and watch past livestreams even if you can't be there live. Participants will be muted so please put follow-up questions that pop up during the Zoom in the chat box. Reminder that questions should be related to the topic I am currently covering. If I forget to turn closed captioning on, please remind me!

Those members who are at the "Crew" ($6/month) level or above are able to submit one question per month with their membership. Leave that question in the comments below.

The cut-off for submitting questions is 2 days prior to the Zoom (Sunday October 8th is the last date to submit) so that I have time to prepare. Please limit questions to 1 per person so I have time to answer them within the hour. Questions should be general enough that I don't need to know your specific dog/behavior to answer the question (this also allows everyone to benefit from the question). If you're looking for more specific feedback on your dog, be sure to join the Top Fan membership level for video review of your training.

DEEP DIVE INFO:

The Deep Dive Live topic this month has not been selected yet. I have a few ideas kicking around, but, if I'm being honest, I'm just trying to keep my head above water this month as I finish up two large projects I've been working towards before I leave on a road trip for two months, the day after my course officially launches. So, once I make a topic selection, I'll let you know, and at that point I will then post the Zoom link to my Inner Circle and Elite member feeds. So at this point, please just mark your calendar :)

Back to the Live Q&A: Please post your question for the October 11th livestream below in the comments!

See you next week!

You all asked some good questions. I went to Colombia with Leo (Service Dog In Training). They are EXTREMELY dog friendly, which comes with a double-edged sword. During the 3 weeks we were there, he overcame his fear period and his whining simmered down tremendously. But he picked up some bad habits, jumping on people out of excitement, leash pulling, sniffing people, and eating food that fell on the floor. Whenever I tried to correct him, people would say it's okay and/or get snippy with me. Therefore, he has regressed and we are starting from scratch with his training. :(
