The next chapter is delayed by a week. New target date is 18th this month.

The new year begins with another delay. Not the most auspicious of starts, but I can't help it. I've always been kind of busy at the start of the new year.

Kind of. It's taxes related, but it's because all kind of reports have to be handed to the state about the previous year. Mostly taxes related, but also statistics reports and such. Meaning I need to finalize the previous year and make said reports before the deadlines.

Oof. Sounds like a lot of busy work. I'm curious whether you can use LLMs to speed this process up substantially. It's kinda hard to guess what sort of tasks they are/aren't really useful for atm, especially since they're a lot more useful when directed by an expert than a novice.

I don't think the LLMs can help here. I'm not an AI hater, but they hallucinate a lot, and I'm responsible for the accuracy of the information. I would have to check every output they give me by calculating things myself to make sure the LLM is not feeding me nonsense and at that point it's not really saving me any time.
