I wasn't prepared for the the intro. Lol

Have to be honest, a good portion of this reaction was rough. More time spent on trying to be funny rather than reacting. Second half was better but yeah...and I was excited for this reaction too. Oh well. And no I don't want cookie cutter reactions, thats boring. I like funny reactions but when the funny takes over and it becomes no longer a reaction thats too much.

Theory crafting time. Before going up to the archive the first time Subaru had an idea, we dont know what that idea was yet, BUT I think before he went up there, he talked to Meili and gave her some specific instructions. Something like, If I return and I dont remember what we talked about, KILL me. Thinking this will reset things so he can try again, He didn't know that he would reset after he had lost his memories.

Let's also think back, I cant remember but is there anyone else we've seen in the past that calls Subaru "Hero"?

jdoggivjc

Happy birthday Daniel

Can’t please everyone. My reaction is genuine. Not trying to give all the LN readers the perfect reaction, just enjoying a show I enjoy.

Cristian Tellez

Tbh This was a good reaction idk what he’s tripping about

Credits say that's Inori Minase, so I guess she must have been told to sound like Gluttony Her mom is probably Daphne, since we know she's created mabeasts thanks to the 3 Great Mabeasts existing. I don't think a sapient mabeast like Shaula is implied to be w/ those fucky wucky eyes & scorpion theming could be born naturally, vs an artificial construct by design. Were she a demihuman, I'd be willing to suggest Carmilla instead, since Echidna did state she was responsible for demihumans gaining emotions (so I assume demihumans used to be just animals that got anthropomorph'd by Carmilla, because I don't think humanoid mfs wouldn't have emotions already, since even animals have low level emotions to varying degrees, let alone more complex life like humanoids) Edit: oops seems that it was not just demihumans, but all the non-human lifeforms in the world (at least based on cronchy subs of the relevant clip: https://youtu.be/ZRPOnBN4MP8?t=17 ), that Carmilla granted emotions to, so maybe she was partially involved w/ mabeasts as well? Joe Joe Joe, Shaula clearly doesn't have platinum/white hair, so why would he goon to her? We saw in S2 that Subaru is a white/platinum hair simp based on all of his figs in his room having the same-ish hair color, and even the posters on the walls too
