Some details from the Novel about Nagumo. As the Leader of Class A in his year, he’s taken Ichinose’s strategy of serving as a private point bank to the extreme. He takes a majority of EVERYONE’S private points from the 3rd years and holds on to them, on the condition that at graduation he will give out tickets to Class A to those who prove themselves useful to Nagumo from among the 3 other classes. That’s how he is able to control the other 3 classes. Year 3 Class A has such a massive gap in class points on B C and D that it’s not really a competition anymore.
