Public rental meaning they pay rent but it is subsidized by the government so they pay less, and the residents are picked by the government by either selection or lottery by application. While the regular residents are people who bought their apartment and then either live or rent it themselves.

I may be wrong, but i think in sk you can own an apartment like you own a house, so you receive the deed and registration, showing you own the apartment. I'm almost pretty sure your title deed includes fractional ownership of the plot of land that the complex is built on. You just pay the resident council for things like shared amenities (if they have them), security and general upkeep. We actually see one of these shared amenities in the series later, but not everyone pays them. You'll see what i mean later in the series. And of course you pay your normal bills for electricity and wifi and such.

apartments in south korea are more like condos in us. every single apartment is owned by someone. Even though FL is doing public rental, she will be able to buy it after 10 years according to the contract she was talking about.

he doesn’t think it’s infected technically he just suspects that things passed out during stuff like this would be contaminated sort of like in sweet home the fish given to the guard started the infected, he doesn’t think it’s infected he just has paranoia that it could spread the contamination of the virus
