Great stuff happening, no wonder they want to take more time. Past episodes cleared many loose ends and gave us many more original fights. (Mimihagi [Soul kings right arm/Ukitake the Host] is in Yhwach, and Yhwach can't foresee stuff related to the soul king, many power scaling hypotheses were answered due to more fight scenes, etc.) Now, we are getting again new original stuff Yhwach vs all 3 Realms, all Realms have their respective fighters. Many fight/scene switches between all 3 Realms, yeah, good luck to the Animation Team. And yeah, you were a bit confused about the **Yhwach vs Ichigo/Aizen/Renji situation.** To clear it up: Yhwach knew he was affected by Aizens Shikai, so we saw from "his" perspective. When he blasted Ichigo away, he thought he "knew" it was Renji, when he cut of Renji's arm, he thought he cut of Ichigos arms. Yhwach thought he figured out a way to "bypass" Kyōka Suigetsu, or that the effect was gone (due to the "broken" sword) So, in a nutshell, Ichigo was just chilling and waiting for the right moment. The fight was basically Aizen (in form of Renji, Ichigo and himself) vs Yhwach, and Ichigo going for the kill at the end. Thx3 for the Reaction, as always :D
