I presume they are vestigial traits from a time when literally demons ruled the world or w/e, since oldass select lineages have them. Based on what Imu is yapping about, to me it sounds like the devils were the OG apex race or w/e, at the very least. Like Imu literally says "you too shall return to your devil form", clearly implying this type of original existence being the reality, that has devolved over the centuries.

Small complaint, that dialogue with brook and mma? Also yeah that PowerPoint flip, I know it doesn't matter but damn they are working so much they have to cut corners where it's noticable. Okay, domi reversi on the giants their teeth and eyes remind me of the oni virus queen used in wano, in kaidos fortress, it even spreads like a virus, I mean little different methods but both in wano and here used already affected oni to turn non oni into oni. The person with the teeth, okay so they have a dragon devil fruit, which Momo and kaido were able to turn into dragons, that looked like killinghams glass dome and might have given us a sneak peak to his human form he had razor sharp teeth like a fishman, but who knows we will just leave an asterisk on race:part fishman* As long as flashback in the manga took I'm going to assume next season will be first half of the flashback then next season will be the second half, then the season after that will be back to modern one piece, and only 3 minutes had passed or something like that.

for manga reaction, you just read and show no pages? literally that's how all manga reactions are....people can pull up the pages on their devices, so don't spoil people by showing them pages on screen it's not like anime reactions where you have to sync your reactions to the episode or certain devices not allowing you play two videos simultaneously even in patreon, i would say not to show the pages...if people don't like it, tell them to leave

I think it's a fair guess to assume that the guy is Killingham. For one, it's someone who's currently talking with Imu-Gunko. There's nothing to indicate that other people besides Gunko, Killingham and Sommers are anywhere near Elbaph. Secondly, he also sounds a lot like Killingham, but less sleepy. Thirdly, we immediately hear Imu-Gunko talking to Sommers afterwards. Using the principle of Occam's Razor, him being Killingham would require the least assumptions. I mean, just consider, if it's not Killingham, how many circumstances must come together to make it coherent to have someone else in this scene, at that moment? If you want to put numbers to it, it's like a 95% chance it's Killingham and 5% it's not.

He said Devil tho??? You can clearly hear him say "Akuma"... IDK why they translated it as "demon", when "akuma" has been since day 1 used to mean "devil" (they literally say it every so often, whenever they say "akuma no mi")

MMA was pronounced "Muma," and it's a play on UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal), a phrase that means "cryptid" used mostly by Japanese people. For some reason, it was translated as MMA; it is the official translation, but I don’t know why they chose it.
