I think the first shot was her when she old not an old dude and this is like a flashback on what happen, also if that's true then how interesting it is to see that despite the doctor says she not gonna survive long, but now she's old or that's her dad 😂or even her husband when he old 👀now that I look at it back, the body looks kinda big for an old women 😅
