It's actually beneficial for Thaddeus to be kidnapped then. This is like an hyperbolic time chamber he can actually abuse. Imagine in later chapters him and his girls spending weeks of marathonic sex, increasing all their powers to the extreme and then return and it's only been a minute. Selene won't know what hit her. Though, maybe get Wanda on board before the sex marathon happens.
