And I find it interesting that seemingly, the deeper Dany goes into her connection with her dragons she becomes a lie detector. Might come in handy when she accuses Axel of sending Jorah after her. All that said.... I will become EXTREMELY disappointed if after that, Axel kills the dragons. I'm really pulling for him to assert dominance and once the bullshit is sorted out treat the dragons like big ol puppy dogs.

So close yet so far, the problem is she’s deluded still, she doesn’t realise that to everyone on Westeros she’s a foreign heretical monster who burns people. Plus her mother was very pious towards the 7 so that doesn’t look good for her.

I did a quick check just for the record, and Emilia clarke at least, I dont know if we're using her height/weight as a baseline for this, but she's 5'2" and she was around 120ibs

Good question. On the one hand, they betrayed Axel. On the other hand, they did speak up for Davos. I find myself uncertain.

Similar smackdown to House Tyrell for supporting Renly's attempted coup, maybe? It's always the argument when someone in power capitulation to an invading force...stand your ground and fight to the last or try and save lives by peacefully surrendering. Honestly, I initially thought the betrayal was part of a contingency plan from either Oleanna & Margaery or Tyene to counter any failure of the trap in Dorne...but the POV change to Axel & his ladies being all "WTF?!" squashed that theory. So now Axel will be faced with doing more house cleaning, unless there's some convoluted plan related to Dany getting wife status to make any remaining Targaryen supporters docile and unlikely to rebel.

I guess family tradition and it looks bad to noble families when you don’t follow in your parents footsteps, combined with how hostile the 7 are to different faith, they barely tolerate the old gods so it doesn’t look good. I’m just guessing though.
