Hey Saucy Ones,

So unfortunately I think the dust has settled on the whole copyright claim thing

YouTube poked me again and asked me to fill out a survey telling me how they did a.k.a. "You got your scrap of attention now go kick rocks." Well time to make my second channel video which I really don't want to make because I'd rather just focus on making actual videos. The video's going to be nothing crazy, just me going over the fact pattern of what happened, why it happened, and how We Are Era gets away with it. I don't think I'll get any meaningful change from making this video, but maybe I'll claw some ad revenue back. Let's not talk about this anymore because it just sucks

On a much brighter note, IT'S TIME TO START CRANKING OUT APRONS!

So the HiJ Summer of Spookies' discount is officially closed and I've got the final count of aprons I can start printing and sending out. It actually went over a lot better than I thought it would and I'm glad I didn't finalize my order for the patron patches because it looks like I needed to order more than I expected to make sure I hit my buffer zone (there are always patches and aprons that get lost in the mail or otherwise need to be re-sent). It'll take a bit for the patches to get here, but that doesn't mean I'll be sitting on my hands. I've already started printing out the apron designs and I'm gonna start pressing them onto the blank aprons on Wednesday.

Surprisingly, there were only a few declines or otherwise failures to charge people out this year. Maybe Patreon is finally fixing how they charge people after they realized that if you don't get charged properly I don't get money and if I don't get money, they don't get money. I sent messages to the handful of folks whose credit cards got spooked by Patreon and as always I have an apron/patch at the ready for once it gets sorted out.

I'll admit that this year was pretty rough as far as pledges went with the Pledge-O-Meter being a silly mistake in the end as I actually ended Summer of Spookies at a net negative number of patrons, but I'm actually really surprised at how well it went at all. I was expecting it to be a lot worse than it ended up being. On the off chance you're someone who had to cancel your pledge this year and you're reading this. I absolutely do not hold it against you at all; I'm trapped in the same economy as you. Gonna make a lil video for everyone about this later today with some more details.

Now what about videos???

Well printing aprons is taking priority right now but while that's happening I'm getting started on the next video: We're going big.

I'm taking advantage of how i haven't touched Cyberpunk 2077 at all since the launch and I also just so happen to have all my old footage, notes, and screencaps from previous videos I did on it back in the day to make as best a video as I can. I'm gonna start playing the game and taking notes and such on my runs this week. I plan to do at least two runs of Cyberpunk for this video: one that's just the main game to see how much has changed, and one that's also taking Phantom Liberty into account. That'll make three total playthroughs between my original plus these two. This is probably gonna be a big video. Maybe not as big as Pathologic 3 or Abiotic Factor, but it'll be a hefty one.

After that we'll round out the year with that Rimworld video ya'll voted for earlier this year and then whenever it comes out I'll start a video on the Abiotic Factor DLC whenever it comes out.

That's all for now, stay saucy!

I appreciate HiJ expanding into the summer of spookies. Fighting the good fight of reclaimin Halloween's traditional kingdom of July 5 - the first week of November.

The VTMB2 video on the mail channel got multiple bogus ContentID claims that basically store the entire first day's ad revenue from me. It's still up and I'll go into more detail about ridiculous the whole thing is later this week
