Early and Uncut: Why I Stopped Making PlanetSide 2 Videos (Patreon)

Hey do me a favor, tell me how the video picture quality on this is. Patreon's had a long time problem with processing videos (it taking forever) so I decided to try and encode the patron version of this video to be smaller but well within Patreon's <8mb/s guidelines. Is it noticable? is it an issue? is this even gonna take less time to process? (that one's more on my side of things) I'm just trying to get these out and have them ready when I SAY they're gonna be out.
