Thought you said in the previous post all the extra content are included

it is always included for the Elite version, since they get everything first and all content. No point in making it separate. But if someone decides to upgrade from $10 to $20 it's easier if they only have to download the extra content separately, than downloading the whole game again with the extras.

I only just pledged to the elite tier, and I noticed that there are walkthroughs for DOS but none for MP or TLM? Are they missing or am I blind?

There's the objective system in the game that tells you what to do to progress without having to alt+tab all the time. Since there aren't any forks yet in the game's story I didn't see a need for a full text guide. That will change in the next couple of updates, though.
