What they sell at Galaxy's Edge is called "Outpost Mix", rather than "Mantell Mix", but it's clearly meant to be the same thing. On a related note, keep an eye out in your grocery stores around May 4th because Star Wars official blue milk will be hitting the market. Never be embarrassed or ashamed by your love of Rex. I would have voted for you to keep on going for another 30 minutes. I was very much anticipating this reaction for that reason. Although, I will say that when Rex appeared briefly on Ahsoka, your reaction was very subdued and I was very proud. ;) The creature that attacked Wrecker in the water was called a "dianoga", and even though you only saw one tentacle of it in A New Hope, that is the same kind of creature that attacked Luke in the Death Star trash compactor. The shootout sequence was actually recycled from an uncompleted Clone Wars arc and was originally a standoff between Cad Bane and Boba Fett.

To be fair, his appearence in Ahsoka happened during scenes that emotions were leaping about, thus leading to the somewhat subdued reaction that Jess had, though certainly, it was, of course, delightful. I still look back on my own reaction when we first saw Rex in Ahsoka, before he even speaks. I had a Ricardo Montalbán in Wrath of Khan moment where I pointed, and said, “THERE he is! There he IS!! Aaah!”

I'm pretty sure that I did my recreation of the Leonardo DiCaprio pointing at the screen meme from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. I did that one a lot during that show.
