The Wynkahthu Job is pretty universally considered the show's worst episode, mostly because of Ezra being absolutely insufferable through the whole thing just because his ego's lightly bruised at not getting to command the mission, and unlike the last time something like that happened, he gets zero comeuppance and doesn't seem to learn anything. In particular, Filoni admitted that while they were putting the episode together, they'd forgotten about the scene where Zeb confides in Ezra that he feels unworthy to be called Captain after his failure at the job when the Empire attacked the Lasats, which means that to the many, many fans who did remember it, Ezra comes off as unforgivably cruel for TWICE sarcastically calling him Captain, ripping open that wound for an astoundingly petty reason. So it's a good thing it gets paired here with such a great follow-up including a killer reveal, made all the more effective by how hardly anyone was expecting any kind of twist with the new Fulcrum's identity after the show had already fired that shot with Ahsoka.

I would argue that the Iron Squadron episode was worse, or at least the first time seeing it, I was more annoyed by Mart being an annoying little shit, than Ezra was in The Wynkahthu Job. Plus, The Wynkahthu Job has more Jim Cummings and James Hong, which is always delightful.

Wynkahthu Job is a fun episode. Never seen the problem with it. Iron Squadron is indeed much worse (and one in season 4). Rebels has a slight dip midway through season 3, even though most of those episodes are still fine. It picks up form back again from episode 15 (the best of the season, which may be a controversial opinion) right through to its season finale.
