"Should we go back inside?", "What? And never know where I'd been for the end of time? I'd never sleep at night!", Romana II and the Doctor, "Destiny of the Daleks" Well, that was a very interesting first few minutes when we see Romana trying out a few bodies - who knew that was possible? This season is script-edited by the great Douglas Adams so there is lots of humor - possibly too much for some people. Exhibit One: Romana's regeneration scene. Another example is the book the Doctor casually picks up to read while he is stuck under the column. BTW: the author, Oolon Colluphid, was a character in Adams' "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". Tyssan, the person that tracks Romana and is then captured by the Movellans was played by Tim Barlow. Tim Barlow was deaf as a result of an army accident but was able to act alongside the other actors - as long as someone gave him a visual "action" signal. He later had a medical procedure which gave him partial hearing. The Movellans look really stylish with their neatly contoured white uniforms. As mentioned above, they were in "The Pilot". In that episode, however, they looked far less stylish IMHO - with loose-fitted, baggy white outfits. Two incidents in these parts - the requirement to take anti-radiation pills and the idea that collapsing rocks buried TARDIS were ideas repeated from Terry Nation's first two Dalek scripts. "Are you all right?", "I don't know. I can't see all of me.", Romana II and the Doctor, "Destiny of the Daleks"
