An invisible spaceship. "That's going to confuse the cows!" The College Porter are the college gatekeepers who greet visitors and look out for the students within their college. This one is played by Gerald Campion . He is best remembered for his role as Billy Bunter in the 50s television adaptation of Billy Bunter of Greyfriars School) from the books by Frank Richards Frank Richards is only one of the pen names of the English writer, Charles Hamilton who is estimated to have written about 100 million words in his lifetime, featured in the Guinness Book of Records as the world's most prolific author.

Thank you for another wonderful reaction. It's funny but until you mentioned it, I didn't make the connection of the ship to the voice of Judi Dench but it does sound remarkably like Judi. That intrigued me so I did a bit of digging. The ship was voiced by someone called Shirley Dixon, who, weirdly enough when you Google her, looks very similar to Judi Dench! They are around the same age (both still alive) and come from parts of England 73 miles apart but in the North, which would have given them similar-ish accents. They were both in a TV show called Z-Cars (60's/70's UK Police Drama), but I don't know if it was at the same time. Shirley seemd to have voiced the ship in Shada very recently (2017) because I think the part she voiced was all animated - (could be wrong, I suspect they probably got her to do it originally as they mostly all came back to do their respective voice overs for the animation - will have to watch it in full to be sure).
