Author's note: So basically, this is a story inspired by Mushoku Tensei and Magic Maker; however, because of Patreon's restrictions, this story won't be as crude as those two mentioned stories, but there are going to be strange couples in the future, and also, you're going to see sex between characters I don't usually write, so, now that you're warned, I hope you enjoy it!

Chapter #1: New world, new problems.

Year 2166. Harry Potter, the vanquisher of the dark lord, was resting on a bed. He had a calm expression as he stared at his family. Ginny had passed before him, a torture, or so Harry must say; being without her was worse than the days when he feared Voldemort was going to kill him while he was sleeping.

His sons James Sirius, Albus Severus, and his daughter Lily Luna were there too; Harry had countless other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and so on. It’s been almost two hundred years of life, and when it comes to looks, there doesn’t seem to be many differences between him and his children.

And then, with just a calm smile on his face, Harry Potter gave his last breath in this world. Yes, it was time for the next big adventure, as Dumbledore would call it. His family was sad, and the world mourned the hero who saved the world; his remaining friends only knew this was a “see you later” rather than a goodbye.

Now Harry was expecting to open his eyes and see his loved ones; however, when he opened his eyes, he was surprised to see that he was somewhere else. From his point of view, it seemed like he was in a fancy room; some candles were lighting the place, but when he tried to get up, he realized something: he couldn’t, as he was restricted, and then his eyes widened when he saw that he had very small hands.

“What the…?” Harry said in his head.

“Oh, not so fast, young man,” a man Harry had only seen in pictures said with a grin.

“James?” Harry looked to the source of that new voice.

He was even more surprised to see a woman who resembled his mother; the two of them looked just as old as the day he lost them.

“Lliy… I think Harry’s hungry,” his father said with a worried expression.

She could only chuckle.

“Don’t worry, it hasn’t been too long since I fed him,” she said as she yawned.

“Okay, that’s good… Don’t overwork yourself, dear; the birthing was really intense,” James said with a worried tone.

“Yeah, tell me about it…” She said sarcastically, and James rolled his eyes.

“Well, if you need to rest, I can take care of him if you want to,” he suggested with a grin.

“You just can’t wait to play with him, right?” She asked, amused.

He couldn’t help but grin even more.

“I mean… It’s a boy, Lily. I can teach him how to manage the family business and how to play football. I’m sure he’s going to be a great football player.” The man was very excited but not for the right reasons.

However, after hearing that, Harry started to get worried; they hadn’t said anything about magic. He didn’t know what was going on; he didn’t know if this was a dream or if he was sent to a parallel universe in which his parents never died. However, the fact that magic as his future career choice is not being mentioned is starting to worry him; what if he was a squib?

Not that he had something against them; the fact that his parents still see him in their distant future means that squibs aren’t poorly treated in this world. However, getting used to a life without magic was going to be difficult, considering he’s lived with it for so long. To make things worse, he became a legend back in his universe when it comes to magic.

“What did the doctors say about him?” James asked calmly.

“They said he’s more than healthy. Stop worrying too much, James,” she sighed.

James sighed too.

“I’m sorry for being such a mess full of paranoia, Lils. I’m worried that he could be born with the anomaly Voldemort talks about… You know very well that he is hunting people born with that anomaly,” James said, worried.

Harry could only gulp to hear that Voldemort was alive and, apparently, it seemed like he had conquered the world and was looking for people with an anomaly. He was worried about what that anomaly could be.

“Don’t worry, that anomaly thing is just a myth. In fact, the things that are said about Voldemort’s powers sound like myths. We have never seen someone actually performing things like that, but there’s an obvious thing: he’s ruthless, but as long as we stay out of his way, we don’t have to worry about being targeted,” Lily told James with a serious tone.

Those words didn’t fully ease James’ worry; however, he decided not to argue anymore. He just nodded and then decided to leave Lily to rest. Harry was then taken out to the balcony by his father, and Harry’s eyes widened when he saw how big the property was; the place was also filled with crops.

“Harry… One day you’re going to be in charge of all this, please… Don’t do something stupid. In this world, people used to believe in fantastical things like magic… But we all know that’s not real, so please… I’m praying for you to become a normal man,” James told him with a warm smile.

Harry’s eyes widened after hearing that. Even though there was knowledge about magic, his father said that the thing didn’t exist, a fact that troubled him; if that's the case, he doesn't know how he's going to survive in this world.

Five years later…

It’s been five years since Harry reincarnated into this world, and just like his father said, there was no such thing as magic in this world. He hadn’t seen anyone performing magic, and he didn’t know how to feel about that; on one hand, there was no Statute of Secrecy.

On the other hand, life is very boring, even more boring than his life with the Dursleys, as there’s not even Muggle technology in this world; he missed TV, video games, and the internet, and just like he suspected when he first opened his eyes, Voldemort ruled this world.

Everyone feared him, as they believed he was the last person with magic; others said that he was just a very cunning man, and Harry was surprised to find that Voldemort, or Tom Riddle in this universe, was in his forties, and he looked like an older version of diary Tom, which means that if he has magic, the positive thing is that he doesn’t know about horcruxes.

Still, the man is calm most of the time; he doesn’t meddle with people too much. Only when authorities suspect there’s a magic user, they hunt them just like in the witch-hunt days back in his original world. Harry knows the so-called witches and wizards are innocent because a person with magic could easily free themselves if they were in that situation.

Still, Voldemort’s too paranoid to take any chances, and he kills any possible threat without a second thought. Harry was grateful that back in his original universe, Voldemort wasn’t such an efficient person; he liked the drama and the chaos, and it seems like it has to do with the fact that his parents raised him in this universe.

“Well, if there’s no magic, at least I can create technology,” Harry said with a calm tone.

Now he thought about what he’d build first. He was sitting on a tree, thinking hard, and he was staring deeply into a leaf until the thing, to his surprise, disintegrated.
