Zoom Reminder - Tomorrow 12/18 at 3PM EST (Patreon)

Remember, Sunday Zoom is for everyone!

I have determined the subject for tomorrow's lesson. We are going to create a chord melody together. I am going to create a PDF file tonight with just the melody to the verse of a song. Then, as a group, we are going to turn the melody into a chord melody.

Tomorrow's lesson will

• Improve your understanding of melody in general
• Improve your ability to analyze both song and melody
• Develop a stronger understanding of harmony on a deeper level, where the melody and chords come together
• Reveal some of my arranging secrets 🤫

Applying your new skills

After the lesson you will have the melody of the chorus without the harmony. The idea being that you take what we learned in our lesson and apply it to the chorus, so you can play your very own chord melody! This skill, combined with an ability to read sheet music, and you will be able to turn any song into a chord!

PDF and Link will be posted tomorrow
