Hey, I got a little banged up in a little accident but I am good, no broken bones, no emergencies, no internal bleeding, all good, but I need to give the body a little bit of rest. I will see at 2pm EST this Sunday with a live on Zoom so we can put a bow on the challenge, talk about who won and go over any questions.
