I was about to make the post but I paused and took an hour to think about this next statement I'm going to say and made damn sure before I said it. This is probably one of, if not my most favorite arc in MTWY. My brain favors the latter.Akemi's Lost Time Arc Part 1 - Mirai Nikki (Future Diary)

I know, I know, I should undersell and I'll do what I can to do so, but I'm also excited.

While I try my best not to cause whiplash from jumping timelines, this arc will still make you have lots of questions that the next two chapters have no concrete answer for, for it's simply not its job to tell yet. The focus is on Ryou(MC) and Akemi's characterizations.

Will there be a Yandere?

Yes, sort of. You'll see. Shame on me if there's not even a hint of semblance that there is one. What's in the chapter?

Well, I'm sure some of you have some sort of idea already. The question is, how do we get there? And what else happens in between? A more in-depth view of the Sakagami family and their influence on Akemi and her foster family. First appearance of Hikari's nemesis (She was mentioned way back). And several what-could-have-beens, raising questions about whether their decisions were the correct ones? Were they really better off?Release Date?

Within this month, my estimate is late third week or early fourth week. The previews should appear tentatively during that time. The image shown is a preview of Chapter 29.Chapters 28 and 29 are being made simultaneously, and while the former takes more precedence, most of what is used/made for it will also be used for the latter. I need to make it as one big chapter so the cohesion in writing is solid, especially since this is being told via a certain character's POV. It will still be cut and released as chapters 28 and 29.The models/maps/objects/writing required for both chapters are done, and I've begun rendering Chapter 28. Once it's released, all I need to do for the next chapter is render. So once 28 is out, 29 will follow shortly. The rest of the interval will be used to work on the backlogs, such as editing the tiers and our pages. I put that on hold, shifted to working on the subsequent chapters immediately to make sure I'll have ample time to work on it, because Lord knows I've often been late with the recent releases. I'll be releasing it per tier if the gap between releases is too short.Thank you and have a great day!
