This is both post-Yukine and post-Kanehana breakup in the original timeline. Will be mentioned and sort of explained via the chapter's events and recap, the early one and another mid-chapter, you'll see. As I said, a whole lotta questions, but it is done in a way that it won't bother you much, for the focus of this arc is on a different aspect of the story.
