A Little More to the Finish Line and What I Have Been Doing (Patreon)

Yeah, it really hasn't been 7-9 days. I had the chapter finished about twice now, most recently a week ago, but I was unsatisfied with it both times. There was a lot of swapping, adjusting, shifting, and extending in this arc's scenes. So basically, I have a few scenes rendered for Chapter 29, too. The most obvious one I can point out is Akiro and Kyouko's appearance; they've been moved to 29."Final" Final editing has begun, and by my estimate, it should be up by Oct. 5th, just to be on the safe side.What I have said on Discord: The chapter got extended, some scenes were in 29 and have now been moved to 28, and vice versa. There's really been a lot of adjusting to deliver the theme of each of the three parts of Akemi's Lost Time Arc and make sure the idea and message flow naturally and efficiently. Regarding the extended part, you'll see what I'm talking about once it's up; I'm not just blowing smoke. I ran the full chapter in its original form twice, and continuing it with the early parts of chapter 29 actually fits 28 more. Although the original end is a better end to the chapter, adding the subsequent scenes is still a better match theme-wise. I assure you, you'll see where the chapter got extended; I'll even point it out. It's so glaring that I know some of you will spot the original end to the chapter.There were also rearranging events and scenes to make sure the transition isn't too jarring because it was, at least in one, you know how supporting characters usually have offscreen activities since the focus has always been on the MC and the LIs? That's what I'm referring to.

I was very worried about this chapter, but it's shaping up to be one of my favorites. (So far)
