So just to clear the Confusion lol the Eradication of the Nightsisters was during the Clone Wars and it was ordered by Count Dooku who wanted to Destroy Both Mother Talzin and Asajj Ventress, it was a Separatist attack not Empire, so he sent Grievous to Wipe out the Clan and I guess the Scene we saw with Morgan was a Portion of the massacre, maybe a different clan entirely maybe once Grievous was done with Talzin's Clan he decided "Screw it! you know what? let's wipe out the planet's population!" And yes Morgan Elsbeth is the Magistrate on Corvus that Ahsoka had a fight with haha, if you remember when Ahsoka disarmed her she asked "Where is your Master?! Where Is Grand Admiral Thrawn?!" And what a coincidence that you've just watched that Episode In Rebels with the new Tie designs revealed 😂 based on where we are in Rebels it seems Thrawn was willing to Invest in these Designs she created and Mass Produce them even if they are costly and as you saw the Rest of the Empire Opposed to the idea of them, but as you know he doesn't think like the rest calling them "shortsighted indeed"
