"That image looks very wrong" Don't worry we all thought that too, the Chimera is perfectly parked isn't it HAHAHA! 🤣🤣🤣 Finally we found My Boy Ezzy!! well technically not a boy anymore, he's a Man now (And a Handsome man Might I add 😂😶😶🤣) when this came out and I saw him I actually had a tear like you did, the Boy I literally grew up along side watching his journey during my High school years and now 5 years Later since Rebels ended finally seeing him again brought out feelings I can't explain and seeing Sabine & him Reunite & Hug made me tear up more, that reunion was a long time coming and I wasn't disappointed all I wanted was a big Hug and I got it, and Ezra's theme/music from Rebels playing during it was the cherry on top. I could not have been more happy with Ezra's Casting, like Sabine's casting I don't even see an Actor trying to Portray Ezra I literally just See Ezra and nothing else, everything about him is perfect in my opinion, the voice may not be 100% the exact same as we're used to hearing but if you actually take a clip of Ezra's voice in Rebels and Lower the Pitch a bit it does sound pretty identical to how he sounds here so I can get on board with it easily after all he is older now so makes sense it's deepened a bit. Thrawn showing up was great as well and having it be his actual voice actor portraying him was amazing and made it so much better! I hadn't seen the guy in years when this came out and his very first line with that voice instantly brought me back. I'm pretty happy with his appearance it's a pass for me even if he's not as "Buff" as he was in Rebels but I think we can bring that down to him getting a bit older and being exiled got a little out of shape haha, his eyes in live action are piercing though! To Answer why they aren't just leaving yet, Morgan said the Cargo Transfer from the Catacombs will take approximately 3 rotations (days) As for what they're transferring well since it's Catacombs it's most likely Dead & preserved Nightsister/Dathomiri Bodies as we saw floating Coffin type things being brought out and loaded onto the Chimera, and we know the Nightsisters of the Galaxy we're familiar with were wiped out so it's possible they're bringing a bunch back and plan to "resurrect" them and rebuild the Nightsister Clan of the known Star Wars Galaxy, and with the Allegiance of Thrawn the idea of that could be pretty Dangerous if he manages to Return. This also could explain what Morgan was talking about in 'Tales Of The Empire' when she talked about "Destiny", to help restore her people she lost, after being the only one of her kind for so long she basically lost that identity but is now finally reunited & around her own kind again, and maybe soon if they escape will be able to thrive with a whole new Clan. And Receiving the initial Visions from the Great Mothers across the Galaxy basically Kickstarted this quest.

as far as animated to live action goes, i think ezra is the best casting they’ve done so far (aside from the actual voice actors carrying over like bo katan, or thrawn) he’s so spot on. if you remember what ezra’s father looked like in rebels, he looks exactly like him now with the beard and all.
