Joan Goodrow

Ok, NOW IS MUST CONTINUE SOON WITH MOCKINGJAY PT1 and then PT2. This is such a great series and the books they are based on are great reading! Thanks so much for finally getting back to this movie series y’all are the best and I love watching movies with you two. 👏💕😘

Dan Gonya

See, this is why the 2nd amendment is so important. Should our government ever turn tyrannical, an armed populace is a check against the government having total power. When they try and take away the guns, don't let them. That's the first step. It happened in Nazi Germany, it happened in Soviet Russia, it happened in Venezuela, it happened in Cuba, the list goes on. Never surrender your firearms!

Dan Gonya

Asia, your shirt is awesome!

girlygirl9983

@1:50:04 ASIAaaaa 🤣🤣🤣 that was an intense scream lol

Wendy

Don't you just hate cliff hangers? I think Catching Fire was even better than the first Hunger games. Can't wait to see you guys watch Mockingjay part 1 and 2. Thank you.

Michele G

It’s about to get really good !! NO SPOILERS⭐️ I was very confused the first time I watched this. The game maker was in on it the whole time too. It was a set up to over throw the government they just couldn’t tell Katniss bc Snow was riding her ass. The capital took Peeta and Joanna. They have to get them back !! Joanna was sketchy at first but soon became one of my favorite characters. It’s about to get really good. The next 2 movies are my favorite.

Kyandra

Great reaction as always. I can always tell the difference between being interested in a film and being invested in a film. There's just something about the way you guys react. Catching Fire is definitely my favourite out of the entire series. I feel like it holds a lot more weight and the characters are the best. On a small side note, may you please PotC trilogy (it is more than three films, but we don't speak of those). I like seeing you guys react to that series because you guys were so invested in the first film. Once again, I enjoyed your reaction. I'm glad I became a Patreon again. ☺️

Josip Buretić

I only watched the first one and then I just didn't watch the other ones and to be honest I don't even know why 😁 but I will give it another chance and watch it with Asia&BJ

It’s amazing that the Hunger Games books are considered for “young adults” . It is great for any age even us seniors.

Josh

I've actually been to that hotel they're staying at in the Capitol. The elevator scene is in the hotel. None of it cgi. It's in the Marriott in Alanta, GA..didn't stay, just visited. It's also where they filmed the TVA in the show Loki. Also filmed a couple scenes for the movie "Flight" with Denzal. Probably the craziest lobbies I've ever seen

Meggerz

So glad you enjoyed this sequel. One of the few occasions where a sequel is better than the original. And Asia's reaction at 1:50:00 with the baboons was my favorite. The look on her face! (priceless)

Kyandra

Pirates of the Caribbean. ☺️

Casey Salley

Spooky season is coming up. Any chance we may see you both react to Beetlejuice?

Dan Gershgol

The books are better. I hope you finish the series. Part 3 is split into two movies. Get to watching them asap.

the raven

You both miss so much on your reactions because you wait so long to react to other movies in a series. Don't get me wrong I love your reactions but it is clear that you forget alot of key points and names with the time difference between them.

The reason President Snow was funny about his drink is because there was blood in the drink. President Snow’s mouth is full of bloody sores because for years he poisoned not only enemies but allies too. He was concerned that they would become too powerful. In order to avoid any suspicion, Snow drank the poison as well and gave himself the antidote afterward. However, the antidote was not a perfect solution. The lifelong bloody sores were the result. It also caused a smell. This is why he always has white roses with him and around him to mask the smell. I think it also was a symbol of trying to mask evil with beauty. The capital and the people tried very hard to have a beautiful and glam life but there was still evil underneath. The books talked about this but I don’t think the movies explain it.

thank u next

Yall got FOUR more movies (at least) lol. Two more in this trilogy. One prequel so far that's been released and another that comes out in 2026 🙏

Vanessa Nalani

Love your reactions so much! And I have to say Asia your beautiful smile and laugh always makes me smile!😄 Yall are so genuine and funny. I can't wait for you to see the rest of the hunger games movies. Much love from Texas!❤❤❤

Joe Moquino

She said: "Ooooooo. The whole family. They brought they cousins and everybody." Had me dying lol. Thanks yall

Michele G

Oh!! lol duh 😂😂 I’m horrible with acronyms 😂

Michele G

Well to be fair, we had to wait at least a year for the next movies to be released. Unless you watched the previous one again before watching the next. My husband explained a lot to me bc he read the books. If it wasn’t for him I would be so confused. After watching all the movies several times it’s easy for me, now, to see all the details. But at first I didn’t understand everything that was going on.

Midgey_M

I am so freaking glad you continued this!! I hope you watch the last two as they will answer your questions. This movie ends with the beginning of the revolution or at least Katniss's introduction to it. you will find out what happened to District 12 in the next movie. They took out Cina because he made her dress a symbol of the revolution. he was in on it. I'm not saying more about that but that was Snow taking his revenge at the time it was worst for her. It would be a complete mind f to watch that happen and immediately go up to fight for your life. He wanted her off her game. Cina loved and respected Katniss and he even said in the first movie he volunteered because she inspired him. You could also see his look was Mich toned down of other capital stylists. He wasn't superficial like they are. I also love watching Effie's transformation which continues. She started the first movie loving the capital and the games. By this one when Katniss and Peeta are going in again you can tell she is changing her opinion and is beginning to see how cruel the games are. I love her character just for the character growth. Can't wait to watch you continue! also wanted to note when Katniss went in for her evaluation there was a painting on the floor of Rue with the flowers. It was Peeta's way of reminding Katniss what they were fighting for. Katniss did the hanging mannequin with Senca Crane written on it. that was the previous game maker who ate the poisoned berries at the end of the first. well he was forced to anyway. I think that was Katniss' way of mocking the people evaluating her by saying not even you are safe here.

ShiZZ_DiGG

The final 2 in the trilogy 100% agree, the prequal that nobody asked for or watched, not so much...

CS

ahhhh Elliott Oswald from Sons! I knew I recognized that commander that was about to end Katniss, I had to look up who he was.

Justin Kent

It’s been a while since you’ve seen this, but are you going to continue the series? We got left on a cliffhanger lol love ya guys!

hjchammer802

Hey, all! I’m a new subscriber and I'm having so much fun watching your reactions. I actually joined because of this series in particular, and I just noticed the last two movies aren’t listed as part of the collection. Are they categorized differently, or is there another way to find them? I’m super excited to see how much you all enjoy them—can’t wait to keep watching along with you! 😊

FLORIDABOYYY
