Oh wow! This is cool!

Trish Belshe

I’ve always wanted to see this movie but I just never got around to it. Yay, I’ll see it tomorrow night.☺️

Rebecca Karsner

Omg you guys just made my night!!😁😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️

Darth Brooks

Oh man my Dad loved this movie mainly because of the Joe Cocker cameo and soundtrack. I always thought if they did a biopic about Kurt Cobain the actor Joe Anderson in this film would be perfect. Enjoy everyone it has a fantastic OST thanks VIP for this, I wish my Dad could watch this with me✌❤ fam!

Rebecca Karsner

Oh Darth!! If you watch it just know he is with you watching it too and singing along!! 🫶🙏 Peace and love buddy!! ❤️

Darth Brooks

Definitely gonna watch it is a really good movie and I know he will be in spirit 🙂

ang

whoever requested this i love you forever makes me so happy whenever people discover this little gem 🤍

Rebecca Karsner

Enjoy it!! I'm just getting home and about to get comfy and watch!! 🫂 🤗 (This was my pick 🤫)

Darth Brooks

Oh heck yeah! Great pick I didn't know it was you lol. I'll be doing the same in 2½ hours, I still gotta finish 1408 and 1 episode of SOA traffic was horrible didn't get home until almost 1:30am last night.

David Croft-Ogawa

Thank you, Rebecca, for choosing this film. 🙏🏻 It gave me greater appreciation for music from the Beatles.

Eamonn Locke

Nice change of pace. I've only seen this once some years back and did enjoy it. Looking forward to your reaction. "Yesterday" is another good one and hopefully you get a chance to check out "The Peanut Butter Falcon" and "Mud" one of these days.

Deep Dives

That was Bono, Ha Ha Paul is Dead Ha Ha Paul is Dead Ha Ha Paul is Dead

Dan Gonya

BJ, Joe Cocker's version of that song was the theme to the Wonder Years.

Dan Gonya

I've never seen this movie all the way through, or sober for that matter. When it first came out, my friends and I would put it on and started drinking and I was always drunk and bored by the time I was halfway through. Watching it this way is better.

Dan Gonya

Asia and BJ, just curious, did you guys know going into this that it was all Beatles songs?

Dan Gonya

Oh my gosh, the version of Let it Be in this is so powerful, yet heartbreaking. Wow.

Rebecca Karsner

I'm so glad you guys enjoyed this!! I saw this when it came out in theaters and absolutely fell in love with it. Every song in this is this is a Beatles song. BJ you were absolutely right.. that was Bono.. he made a cameo in this. Joe Cocker also appeared in it.. he sang Come Together. They took a whole bunch of Beatles songs and created a story centered around the time the Beatles were popular. I love their takes on some of the songs and all of them are phenomenal singers. The version of Let it Be in this is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard. Makes me so emotional every time I hear it. You guys had the saddest faces I've ever seen you two have watching that scene. 😢 Anyways I'm so glad we got to experience this film with you two.. plus let's be honest.. Asia needed a break from the horror fest you guys been on!! Lolol 😄 ✌️❤️

Darth Brooks

Let it Be gets me everytime I watch this. Not many songs hit me in the feels tonally like that version. Another song that hits me like that is Florence and the Machine's version of Stand by Me. If you haven't heard it I suggest you check it out her voice is phenomenal.

Rebecca Karsner

I absolutely love Florence and the Machine! She is one of my favorite vocalists! Yes her version is phenomenal! She also did a cover of No Doubts Just a Girl for the show Yellowjackets (which I absolutely love lol) but it sounds really eerie and she gives the song a whole new meaning. She is super underrated I'm my opinion.

Eamonn Locke

This was a great one! I appreciate this movie so much more on second watch and a little older. So many great songs here and one of my personal favorites "I've Just Seen a Face." I also love Sadie as as Janis Joplin. When my parents passed, they left me their record collection and it's just good memories when I play some of their (and now my) favorite songs. Fantastic pick!

Raider Ron

I always loved this movie and how they incorporated The Beatles music.

Eamonn Locke

I saw Florence & The Machine live in 2012. I wasn't very familiar with them except for "Dog Days Are Over" but my sister was a big fan and insisted I come with. I was blown away! So talented!

Chelsea A.

Awesome choice,Rebecca!!I absolutely love this movie and soundtrack!! ❤️❤️❤️

Rebecca Karsner

I do think the movie has a few flaws but it's a comfort movie for me. I think Evan Rachel Wood is such an underrated actress and has a fantastic voice.

Dan Gershgol

Never seen this movie. Was not expecting to hear so much Beatles music. It works surprisingly well. Please watch Yesterday.

David Croft-Ogawa

Loved watching this with you. I absolutely loved hearing “Because,” with all those gorgeous harmonies. If you liked this musical, you might want to check out the movie, Rent.

David Croft-Ogawa

Yay!!! “There will always be women in rubber flirting with me!”

🖤Bonita☆

Gorgeous movie! I love the take on all the Beatles songs. All the cast sang beautifully! I'd LOVE to watch more musicals with ya'll! Moulin Rouge, West side Story, Once, Dreamgirls

Patty Estrada

It doesn’t matter how many times I’ve seen this movie, the rendition of “Let It Be” along with the scenes of the funerals ALWAYS make me cry. And yes BJ, that was Bono…Joe Cocker was the guy who sang “Come Together”…and Salma Hayek was the nurse who injected Max. By the way, this is ALL Beatles songs (not Queen or any other band). Great reaction.

Vanessa Nalani

Love yall so much! I would love to see yall react to moulin rouge its amazing!

Dana

Thanks Rebecca for this fabulous VIP flick! I'm so stoked. I love this movie!

Rebecca Karsner

😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️ So glad you love it too! Enjoy!!

Dan Gershgol

Movie reaction to RENT please.

Joy

This is one of my favorite movies! The Director (Julie Taymor) is also the person who brought The Lion King to Broadway - what a great homage to the music of The Beatles!

Michael Akkerman

It still surprises me, folks still don't KNOW Beatles songs. Yet I grew up on them so...

Mami's Gatos

The tv show you're thinking of is, "the wonder years." I used to wake up at 4am as a kid to watch it on nick at night before school ☺️☺️
