But have you not seen everything that has gone down since her and Jax have been together.. Tara's almost been killed multiple times. Gemma almost killed the boys because she was high. They almost got blown up. Jax had a breakthrough and I believe he was fully determined to take his family out of all this. But the Sons got so deep in multiple problems and then Opie died and it hurt him. I get that BUT as a father he needed to protect his family and I feel he failed to do that. Tara was being distant because her life got shattered and she is questioning everything. She went to prison for Jax and the club and wouldn't rat him out. Jax has the nerve to sleep around on her before he even knew about her plans. I cannot defend him. Tara might have done something terrible to get what she needed out of the situation but she clearly is showing regret and remorse. She is a desperate mother trying to protect her kids.

So Tara fakes a pregnancy, fakes a miscarriage, framing Jax's mom for assault, was filing for divorce, and planning to take the kids away behind his back, but she gets mad that he was in some other coochie? So many characters on this show I used to like that I hate now lol I get wanting to leave, I don't blame her for that, but getting mad at Jax for smashing Collette? Really?

I CANNOT even!!!! How do we compare what Tara did, does to what Jemma and Jax do and who they are at their CORE?? Especially, Jemma! I really think the show does a good job of making viewers root for the real antiheros of the show, like the club and Jemma. So much so that we quickly forget all the heinous stuff they have done. The minute someone does something to defend themselves or hold them accountable, they're looked at as some kind of a monster. In my view what DA Patterson (this season's DA) is doing is completely fair, reasonable and deserved. What Tara has done is wrong on its face but completely understandable because, has she tried to go about it the honest way (telling Jax she wants Jemma barred from seeing the kids on the grounds that she has repeatedly put them in danger, without doing what she did he would not have stuck to it. AND had she tried to reason with him that they needed to get a divorce and move the kids away from the club life ASAP, as she had already done, he would have future faked her. Agreeing to it and continuously putting it off, UGHHHHHH!!! NO IT IS NOT OKAY TO FAKE A PREGNANCY! MORE IMPORTANTLY it is not okay to put the REAL LIFE KIDS ABEL AND THOMAS in danger over and over again with no change to the situation in sight. So it makes complete sense to me that desperate times call desperate measures!!!

I'm so late to this but it warms my heart to see the few comments that see things for what it is!!! Like come on people!!!! Jax and Jemma are the worst of the worst but people keep excusing their behavior, I just don't get it!! I'm tempted to say Jax is worse because he covers it up by occasionally doing something good and acting all sweet when he feels like it (I suppose Jemma does the same though). He constantly makes promises and shoots for the moon just to let everyone down. He's not always well intentioned, tells people what they want to hear knowing he might not deliver on his promises and will get people hurt along the way but will promise he won't, knowing he shouldn't make those promises. He's just selfish but insists he's not and that everything he does is for everyone else when that's simply not true, everything he does is to prove he's the smartest one and his way is the best way. So all this damage and carnage is so that his sons will know his legacy of how great of a man he was, at all cost!
