Edgar Gonzalez

OMG, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE!

JL Green

I may have to run this reaction twice!!!!

Darth Brooks

Didn't waste any time getting this one out and on my day off which is perfect diving in after dinner✌❤ fam!

Renee S

I'll be jumping on this first chance I get :) King Kong ain't got nothin' on Denzel in this one!

LynnC

Fun fact: Eathan Hawke (the guy you said was in Sinister) is Maya Hawkes father. She plays Robin on Stranger Things.

James Forrest

Tremendous choice guys :) This has sorted my night :) I'm gonna brew some coffee, get my work organised for tomorrow and do it all this evening watching this fine movie with you fine people :)

TheBigKim

We JUST voted for this! You guys really deliver!

Dan63

Denzel plays a bad guy in American Gangster. It’s based on a true story. Check it out when you can

Nicole Sherlock

Ooh I’ve never seen this one! Excited to watch! 😁

Rio Mendoza

Woohoo I love this film. Thank you so much for the upload. I hope you all have a great time watching the film and the reaction. Happy Saturday everyone.

Amber

Oh man, when I saw you guys had posted something I was so happy thinking it was the next two episodes of sons of anarchy!!! 😭😭 Mannnn, good movie though!

Jay Rivera

To me this is Antoine F’s only legitimate good movie. It’s a damn fine one to have hit with. Can I have something to eat? No you can’t… you ____ ed that up lmao 🤣

Whitehorse49

IMO, Shooter is good in its own right too.

Sapporo Dragon

You will hate Denzel for this one, but he played the part so well.

GQubed

Asia went ESP calling out the Rock right before the WWE chair got smashed on the Jake's back hahaha

Babo

Love this movie. The restaurant they go meet the big dogs at is, or was, Pacific Dining Car. It had been open 24/7/365 since like 1918. I ate there many times living in downtown LA and it was always a funny feeling having a gourmet meal at 3/4am with a maitre d’ and waiters dressed to the 9’s. Sadly it closed during Covid and the family decided to not reopen and I believe sell the land.

Deborah Lewis

Don't forget Bone Collector( cop)🤣🤣

Kyndu

Finally. Thank You guys.... I've been waiting for this one. Great reaction.

nick payne

Speaking of gritty LA noirs with good-guy actors playing bad guys, You should check out Collateral with Tom Cruise. I think you guys would dig it.

EJ

Y’all gotta watch 2 Guns🔥🔥🔥

Deborah Lewis

"Black Phone" and "Taking Lives" with Ethan and Angelina Jolie and the original "Purge" to name a few😉

kOLa

It was on your wall for a long time, you had to watch it.

Dan Gonya

I can't quite put my finger on it, but this is one of my least favorite Denzel movies. Maybe it's because he's playing a villainous character when I so much prefer his heartfelt performances in things like John Q, or where he's taking out bad guys like in The Equalizer. Certainly an Oscar worthy performance though.

Joshua Coe

Absolutely brilliant movie!

Dan Gershgol

Glad this one won the poll. A must see instant classic.

T’michelle

Great reaction love this movie!Ethan hawke has a great catalog of movies a more recent movie he did is Black Phone you guys should check it out

Dustin

Ok, family... Two must watch movies with Ethan Hawke: -DEAD POETS SOCIETY (1989) -GATTACA (1997)

Dustin

Training Day is such a good movie. Glad you got to finally watch it.

Michael Keefer

I doubt Yall caught this on the first watch because it's very subtle. After Alonzo shoots Roger you see Alonzo in his car talking on the phone. You hear him say "just make sure the bathtubs clean". He's setting up a hit on Hoyt with Smiley. When hoyt goes into the kitchen at Smileys, smiley pulls a stack of money out of the blender box and tells I'm assuming his sister to count it in the bedroom. That's the payment to carry out the hit. So hoyt unknowingly pays his own hit man to kill him. Edit: nevermind. I typed this before your followup. But yall caught it

Mister Lou

when it comes to Ethan Hawk, I'd recommend Brooklyn's Finest, The Magnificent Seven (2016 remake) and Moon Knight (a Disney Plus series)

Davey11

Great movie. I have to keep on recommending the Hobbit Trilogy though. It is so friggin good and action packed, Gandalf and the gang back together

MiM

Asia with a shocked facial expression throughout the whole movie 😂. This was such a good movie. I've been waiting for this one.

CJ-97

Hey guys another great movie called Get Shorty with John Travolta brilliant story within a story please watch this you two will not be disappointed 😊 much love fam 💯❤

Jacqueline Separovich

So glad you reacted to Training Day! I think Denzel’s best performances were in Glory and this movie. Also must admit, although a bad guy, I’ve always found him in this character sexy as all hell. Grew up in NYC in the 70’s and 80’’s; can’t help it 😂😂😂

Jay Rivera

Ah yes 🙌 Shooter. I always forget that one.

CJ-97

Bad boys 1 and 2 Martin Lawrence & Will Smith action packed great movies 👉💯👈

CJ-97

Ghost ship 🙏

Matt

Thanks so much for watching this! One of my all time favorite movies. One of Denzel’s best. Great reactions!

CJ-97

The rundown sometimes called welcome to the jungle dwayne Johnson sorry for the many comments long time subscriber much love FAM ❤

Wayne Polk

One of my favorite movies!

Wayne Polk

You guys should check out the movies Harsh Times and End of Watch

Karim

Definitely a masterclass in acting from Denzel. The way he manipulates the audience is amazing.

GangsterTrent

Asia just miscounted. There were 5 guys on the rooftop plus Jake before the "bust" on Sam.

Chris Smith

Check out crimson tide with denzel and gene hackman

Soldiergirl

One of my favorite movies!

Carson.Blu

"Do you wanna go home or do you wanna go to jail???" BJ, "I wanna go home." Haha. I saw this one on the poll and had a feeling Training Day would win. It's a great movie. Another top 10 favorite movies of mine. Ethan Hawke, Eva Mendez, Dr. Dre, Snoop, and Macy Gray were awesome in this one (Which I total forgot that they had minor rolls in this movie ha-ha). It's been quite a while since I saw this movie and I'm happy I was able to watch this one with y'all. Great reaction to another Denzel Washington movie. Another great Denzel Washington movie is John Q if you guys haven't already seen it.

take it easy (tkitez)

Hawke has a ton of great flicks, but Gattaca is probably the one to watch first to really get an idea of what he's capable of.

Kevin

Watch The Town

ZealValHarriah

Yeah Russel crowe kills in that movie as well.

Popcorn & Petty

I saw denzel in a new light after this movie.

Robert Durant

Hey Asia/BJ please please please do a reaction for the Mark Wahlberg movie "Patriot's Day". A really good thriller about the manhunt for the Boston Marathon bombings in 2013.

CD

great reaction, love this movie! so glad your scary movies are done, I can't watch them, way too scary for me but i'm back for the regular programming :-) Loving BJ's narration "Ok where we going now? we been shot at, we been in the hood, stole some money..." and Asia "When do we eat lunch?!" LOL

Ronny H

This movie is such a classic im always shocked when people have never seen it 💛 it sucks that denzel had to play such a bad guy to finally win an Oscar but this movie is the definition of CLASSIC.

Josip Buretić

Finally I have time to watch your reaction for this classic movie. Denzel is just awesome I love him so much!! I don't know if someone wrote this but that famous "King Kong" scene was all improvised by Denzel he was "in the zone, he was in the moment" that were the words from Antoine Fuqua(the director)

itsRichErich

Not sure if y'all noticed but right before Jake got in the car Alonzo was on the phone and he said "just make sure you get that bath tub ready for me" already was setting Jake up to get killed in the bath tub after he saw Jake wasn't down to take a cut from the money they stole

Davey11

Need more Denzel movies. One of the very few bonafide hollywood superstars that is an amazing actor too, generational talent. He can act rings around the likes of cruise pitt and dicaprio. Watch the movie Flight please, I beg you, that movie broke me as someone who struggled with addiction. Best movie I've ever seen about a man dealing with alcoholism. His acting is so understated and beautiful in it. Made me cry

SavageDiplomat

Check out Lord Of War starring Ethan Hawke and Nicolas Cage. One of the best movies in my opinion.

Robert

great one, and denzel did an amazing job in "flight". if I can make a suggestion, I think you guys should once in a while do a poll, but then spin a wheel or something like that to pick the winner so the less popular stuff wins, because sometimes you might be missing some gems and sometimes people only like what they know or go with really mainstream picks.

Anthony Jackson

Please check out these Denzel movies, "Fences 2016" and "American Gangster 2007" i just know you both will love them!

Dani

Won Denzel the Oscar
