Wow. Never disappoints! I laugh and laugh EVERY SINGLE TIME I WATCH THIS MOVIE! 😆 Got it for our kid about 1991 or 1992. Pretty sure it was VHS as well! (Be kind. Rewind) IYKYK 😄 it was great fun watching you all laugh out loud. I was laughing out loud here just as much! You’re right, Asia. I think kids/families/generations will ALWAYS be watching this movie. This came out at the turn of the decade, 1990 I'm bummed I wasn't born until the middle of the decade (1994) because THIS was the perfect time to grow up in, especially during Christmas All the good stuff came during the early 90s Mid-late 90s was still great but this was top notch

Love the reaction. Should also watch Santa Clause and Home Alone 2 even The Polar Express. I like Christmas movies that just have an atmosphere of always bringing in happiness and joy that Christmas is about. Thanks for always reading our reactions. I grew up with these movies as I was born in the 80's. My favorite is the classic Christmas movies the ones that were somewhat animation and the ones that are claymations. Always so very Classic.

There are are so many BTS stories from this movie. One of my favorites is that Kieran Culkin (Macaulay Culkin's real life brother, plays Fuller the "bed-wetter") didn't even know until many years later that his brother was the star of the movie.

Don't get me wrong, this is one of my favorite Christmas movies, however I take issue with one line. When the mom and dad discover that their alarm didn't go off, Kate yells, "PETER!!! Then they both simultaneously scream, " WE SLEPT IN!!!" I don't know about the rest of the country okay, but I'm from Chicago, and we would never say "we slept in!!!" Sleeping in is a deliberate action. It's like you had a long day at work and tomorrow is Saturday, so you say "I'm just gonna sleep in tomorrow." to whoever you're talking to. What they should have said was, " WE OVERSLEPT!!!" To oversleep is something that is done by accident, while sleeping in is something deliberate, at least in the Chicagoland area. The rest of the movie's fantastic. 😊

A dream to go to Paris for Christmas, what's stopping you. While the world hasn't gone into total chaos its not a bad Idea to go while there is still peace. Lol I never noticed the title of the movie. "Angels with filthy souls". Above the airport it says, Bievenue A Paris means welcome to Paris. Balzac, a Japanese punk rock band , one of my favorites. That $300 would be worth $724 today. Those little toys were called Micro machines. Such a name never leaves my memory. I haven't watched this in ages. The Holiday spirit has left me so I feel nothing during the holidays. Good upload.

There’s some gigantic holes in this. First, the mother could’ve rented a car the whole time. The polka guys were able to get a van on short notice. Also , the family got home Right after her. She would’ve been better off staying with her family and taking that Friday flight they offered her. There are a few more but these are what bothered me the most.

Polka is both a style of dance and a genre of music. It originated in central Europe 1800s in what is now the Czech Republic. It spread through Europe and then the Americas. My grandpa was half Czech and listened to ONLY polka music. There is a large Czech community in South Dakota where Polka is very popular, as well as the large Polish communities in Pennsylvania. Also popular in Germany, it's the type of music you'd hear if you went to Oktoberfest.

Excellent reaction. I enjoyed watching this with you both. Joe Pesci is very funny and the other bandit too. They definitely got what they deserved. I loved the sentimental aspect of the neighbor. Seeing him dispel the rumors and helping Kevin by hitting the bandits with the snow shovel was a touch of genius. Seeing his brother come for Christmas was very touching too.

try using a different browser to get on patreon. That is what I had to do. I currently use Chrome browser for Patreon. when chrome does not work, I use another one. do not know why it does this.

I remember my siblings and I riding on the twin size mattress, down 17 steps, whenever our left us home for long periods of time. We called it the "roller coaster." That came to an end after the time, my little brother purposely pushed the mattress down the stairs, while my older brother was in the process of boarding it. My older brother's leg went through the wall when he reached the bottom of the stair well. We taped a poster over the hole in the wall. Our dad was curious to why we put the poster on the wall. He ripped it off just to find a hole behind the poster.
