Chernobyl is a 5 episode mini series, just watch it regardless of what wins. But you should consider doing a poll for a regular series and one a mini series (that normally range from 5-10 episodes).

Does it exploit the cops, leaders, or the residents? Or just the public in general? The Wire remains my favorite show of all time, specifically because of it’s realism, but I always took it with a grain of salt in how pessimistic it is.

I completely understand the Wire being the majority but doing Chernobyl, then the wire would’ve been amazing because Chernobyl is limited and significantly shorter. I enjoyed Yellowstone myself, but it hit a point when you realized plot armor is absolutely insane in the show and seeing how the show ended I actually decided not to watch the end because (personally) it pissed me off. TBH I feel like Peaky Blinders is the next best overall pick.

Agree, I was very impressed with how well thought out the storyline and casting was for Original Sin.

Please consider doing a limited/single season series and a regular series at the same time. Keep them separated in polls. IMO it's a good way to provide variety for everyone without overwhelming you. I think it will help keep people engaged that don't care for the longer series.

Believe me it's worth continuing to watch, not so much happens in the first episodes but later on when you get into it it becomes brilliant. Especially because you stopped after the first 4 episodes. The series just plays with empathizing with the characters

Chernobyl is probably the best on the list for me. I loved Vikings until the last season. Yellowstone and The Wire I would file under glad I watched but wouldn't watch again. Haven't seen Squid Games so that might be something I might watch.

I have a suggestion for everyone here. If you are looking for a series to watch on your own I highly recommend The Americans. I’m a big fan of Ozark, Breaking Bad,Sopranos, etc…and this is a top notch series that few people have seen.

It's interesting how some people don't like The Wire, but just as many like The Wire and say it's the best show. It's also one of the highest rated shows in the world. The Wire is a masterpiece and you have to look at it in a different way than other classic shows where it's just action and stuff happening all the time. For me, after sopranos, it's the best show out there

Most people who have a problem with it who live here believe it focuses too heavily on the negative and doesn't give a balanced picture of what the cities really like for one and since we all know TV will always have an aspect of sensationalism they're not wrong, and two, It's a lopsided dismissive version of the truth bc it doesn't bring attention to the real victims of the corruption in the city which is the children and their failing support when it comes to their education and futures. I guess is the best way to say locals view it....💛 I was born in New England I also lived in Texas and spent most of my life around Baltimore. I have a pretty balanced view of the country and believe every place has its good and bad

The only bad thing about the Wire, in my opinion, is some of the forced moments where team members laught at other's jokes. Never knew why the writers didn't manage a better way to empahsize the team's bond.

The wire is a great show… i prefer lost as for watching them react but it is what it is. Can be next…. As for “squid games” cmon. Its OK and too short. Better off with long shows that have already ended. Lost, true blood, Chernobyl, even yellowstone.

Its probably the best of all these shows to react to… some of the shows themselves, yes, are better than lost, but lost is non stop twists and turns, “whats gonna happen next”, all cliffhanger episodes. I didnt love ozark but it was fun watching them react to it cause of what happens…

I see what you mean BlackLion, but here is my point i been trying to make… its not necessarily about the rating of the show itself… the wire and lost are great shows, the wire is a higher rated show… LOST is by FAR the better show to react to because of its dynamic… same with the 100, True Blood, shows like that… even dexter as good as it was was slow to watch some of the episodes being reacted to.. i loved the wire, but I don’t know if it has enough wow moments like lost. You get what i mean? Or you just wanna rewatch the higest rated shows thru their screen?

I hate friends… i watched it all the way thru with an ex. Every episode. It had its somewhat funny moments but only from 3 of the characters. The other 3 were annoying. Most comedies while funny are NOT good for reactions and keeping someones attention to watch a reaction… seinfeld would be an exception because of how ridiculous those situations are hence a good reaction… most people wont enjoy sitting here watching them watch episodes of friends or always sunny…

That’s just untrue. I follow another creator that watched friends all the way through. His videos have 25-70k views per episode, thousands of comments, and tons of people that followed his Patreon (me being one of them) because he was specifically reacting to Friends. You may not enjoy it, that doesn’t make it a bad show. It brings a ton of other people joy.

Exactly the same, word for word, what Julie said. I will never begrudge A&B for reacting to something I personally don't prefer to watch. They've been going out of their way to provide many options to please people more than any other reactor that I know of. IMO, that's all the more reason to support them and be grateful. 💜

I think they may like it because of the psychological character development and the historical value. For me, it was a show that had my mind working overtime, so even though it wasn't action packed, my adhd was more than satisfied. Albeit, the majority of the time frame the show takes place is prior to me being alive... a lot of the social norms were the same in the work force when I entered it. It's interesting to see things that have changed and, in some cases, things that were disguised/swept under the rug due to societal pressures.

I fully agree. They would enjoy seeing how things were like in New York City in the 50s and 60s (and into the 70s as well), from the historically accurate clothes and fashion/style, furniture, office settings, cars, foods served in the home, and at restaurants, how much people smoked and drank, etc. as well as the gender AND racial component as well, how people interacted, and related to one another. Not to mention how beautifully it is shot, with how everything is framed and how well-dressed people were back in the day. Nothing like it on tv and what they have seen yet on this channel. It is an eye-opening tv series for sure, the best that i have seen, along with Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

Apparently, assumed they’d vary their content not watch the same style of show for every single series they do every single time, they watch comedy movies figured that’d transition into TV eventually, but their Patreon is filled with taste that is drastically different from mine and most Patreon reactors, been so confused why people would be paying 300 bucks a month to vip request a random movie from the 50’s 😂, such an abnormal group they got guiding them here

For those that are disappointed or saying they will unsubscribe it’s not as if that’s all the channel will be. They will still drop movies and with the way they grind out shows they’ll get through it fast. I’ve watched a lot of content between Patreon and YouTube I never thought I’d watch because the reactors made it so much better.
