Yesterday not one of the patreon creators I'm subscribed to posted a reaction. I've been starving for a reaction like a guy in the desert starves for 1 drop of water!... I'm going to watch the hello out of this reaction. BTW asia and bj, this was a good pick.

Renee B

Great list of movies. I 've seen this movie many times and it always gets me. Hope you'll do Fury soon.

Tyler Young

Karl Kraus

GQubed

Thank you for your words. We wanted to feed them, but they made us leave after this, without finishing our mission.

Oni

Well done! I was coming here to relay the same appreciation post for such a talented cast! Good job!

J

Rangers lead the way 🇺🇸

Soldiergirl

13 hours is an excellent movie!

Jesse McAdams

Blackburn (who fell from the helicopter) was the elven archer in The Lord of the Rings.

Eamonn Locke

Great reaction! Josh Hartnett used to be in everything back in the late 90's and early 2000's. He's a great actor and I'm glad he's had a resurgence in recent years with Oppenheimer and Trap. He's also one of the leads in Pearl Harbor. I'm a little too harsh on Pearl Harbor. I do still enjoy it. "The Faculty" and "Halloween H20" are two personal favorites with Josh Hartnett I believe this was Tom Hardy's first movie. Some of the actors are almost unrecognizable.

Deborah Lewis

RIP to Every American Veteran( both living and passed)🇺🇸We Will Not ever forget😪🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Bill B.

Someone should have set up a side pot to see if and when they’d recognize Jamie Lannister, Legolas, and Daddy Malloy.

Matt

PLEASE!

Daniel Anderson

Thank you so much for reacting to this. Like others, I would love for you to add We Were Soldiers, 13 Hours, Lone Survivor to your watch list. In addition, there’s a much lesser known movie called Taking Chance that I highly recommend. And…when the epileptic soldier was watching the Steve Martin movie, that was The Jerk. I highly recommend that one next time you feel like a comedy.

Stan Ross

SHOUTOUT TO ALL MY VETS, MY BATTLES, AND MY COMMANDERS!!!! HOAH

Carol Rocha

That was SUCH AN INTENSE MOVIE!! Glad I got to watch with y’all. I guess it made it a little less stressful. But I got so mad at the way they were done! AND whatever happened to the guy (pilot) that was captured??

Lori Mcmyne

I wonder if anyone remembers Uncommon Valor? 1983...that one sticks out to me as I watched it with my dad who served in Vietnam.

FLORIDABOYYY

yall gotta watch captain phillips and hotel rwanda

Karl Kraus

I was actually thinking of hotel rwanda last night

Karl Kraus

And grimes is star wars prequels obi-wan kenobi

Sapporo Dragon

That situation pisses me off so bad. Why they waited so long to send in reinforcements for those guys on the ground is beyond me. Also, BJ, an answer to your question, that mini gun (M134) shoots 6000 rounds per minute.

Dan Gershgol

Amazing movie. First time seeing it.

Elizabeth DeMerie

I am of the Desert storm age range, 2 of my close friends were boots on the ground in that war.. ..a few of us all went to see this in theaters....we all had to leave they couldn't watch this movie....GOD BLESS OUR SOLDIERS!!!

Freddie Miles

I remember watching this for the first time, thinking that only one black hawk was going to go down, and then being overwhelmed by ongoing challenges. I have a friend who was in Mogadishu with his family during the battle (before they were resettled as refugees in Canada), and he described how harrowing it was from his family's perspective. They didn't use any Somali actors for this film, and there are some historical inaccuracies in the depiction of the Battle of Mogadishu.

Kevin Landon

The version from 40 year old virgin is better

Shenita

The guy that was drawing in Ash is from sons of anarchy that was Tig his name is Kim Coates and that young guy who was really young that fell is Orlando Bloom he is from the pirates of the Caribbean movies Will turner

Renaldo

Durant was released after 11 days, it mentioned on the closing scene

Renaldo

Hartnett was hilarious in 40 days and 40 nights and Hollywood Homicide alongside Harrison Ford.

Eamonn Locke

Yes, and the guy asking about his drawings is Richard Tyson aka Crisp, the bad guy from Kindergarten Cop. Just missing the ponytail.

Carol Rocha

THANK YOU SO MUCH, RENALDO! I’m quite sure I missed it. 😏 That makes me feel better lol. I appreciate your response! 👏🏼

Wayne Polk

Check out Tears of the Sun. It's a really good war movie.

IP Freeely

I Ruled the skies with those little birds in BF4

Shenita

Never saw kindergarten cop

Eamonn Locke

Okay, well it’s not a spoiler anyway. If you ever do see it.

Gary Morse

Danger Close is an excellent movie about the Australians and New Zealand troops in Vietnam based upon an incident in 1966. There is also a documentary about it called the battle of Long Tan. Danger Close is a code for calling in artillery strikes on your own position because the enemy is overunning you. You will be killed along with the enemy, but some of you may survive. Relatives of the soldiers who were in the battle, played the soldiers parts in the movie.

Saints_Madness

Ah I see, they study the Quran which teaches hatred. Yea, this was a good movie, jeez, I haven't seen this one in a long time. Just rebought it to watch along side you 2. Remember I watch with dual monitors. Enemy at the gates and American sniper are good ones.

ShiZZ_DiGG

Isn't this one of those shit hole countries? 🤣

sonny

i was 11 when the towers fell. the next year this movie came out and it made me want to join the military. i signed up right after high school.

Poopy McDoodooface

This was such a fantastic movie. Some other great military movies are Platoon, Jarhead, 13 Hours (w/ Jim and Roy from the Office), 1917 (WWI movie). Keep the great reactions coming Asia & BJ. 👏
