Edgar Gonzalez

This month Asia and BJ are reacting to a lot of movies I've never seen before... And I love it!

Edgar Gonzalez

To tell the truth...no idea lol. I only know my VIP pick, however there is no way of telling what is coming next, since they have been reacting to all kinds of genres lately.

Edgar Gonzalez

I'm also curious about which TV series will they will react to next.

Mezz015

Hoping the next tv series will be The Office that show is literally outta pocket especially the first season

Robert Durant

When I saw the title I thought it was the Disney movie with Harland Williams.

Steve Chase

You guys are the best. If you did Rocket Man, A classic you gotta do Bohemian Rhapsody Please

Edgar Gonzalez

I'm also curious about which TV series you will react to next. I'm hoping it's either "the boys", "Peaky Blinders" or "Boardwalk Empire"...daredevil and cobra kai are also good, but you need to watch the karate kid 3 first before cobra kai.

Paula Turner

they did that, it's the reason I joined Patreon.

Matthew Choe

Oh snap, if yall like Taron's performance here, you definitely needa check out Sing 1 & 2! Great cast, soundtrack and covers are sensational, solid narrative/story to carry it through. Plus you kinda see the origin to Taron's Elton John timeline 😅🤣 Peep it if yall got some free time, they're a vibe!

Paula Turner

Thank you so much, I joined your Patreon to see Bohemian Rhapsody and now this-I am in heaven. Love music and love these movies showcasing the wonder of how it came to be.

Darth Brooks

Me clicks on this reading it as Rocketeer a 90s classic to realize it's the Elton John movie lol. Either way I'm happy this is a great movie and I look forward to watching tonight thanks VIP!!!

Lee Stephenson

Close Asia-- very close-- Not Jon Snow but Rob Stark it was. Thanks for this!! Love Elton's story. Also fav songs of Elton is Your Song and Honky Cat and Don't Let the Sun Go Down on me And of course... I'm Still Standing, baby!! Much Love!!

Paula Turner

John Reid was also part of the Bohemian Rhapsody movie.... different actor

FLORIDABOYYY

yea they get me hip on a lot

David Croft-Ogawa

Great movie choice! Thank you, VIP! Taron was also great in Kingsman. I really enjoyed your conversation about diversity, acceptance and self-love. I was in the first grade when I bought my very first Elton John single on a 45. Benny and the Jets was the song I bought. Seeing this with you brought back so many memories. This would serve as a nice movie for Pride!

Jennifer Sauer

Soooo close Asia...but that is not Jon Snow. Its the actor who played Rob Stark. Congrats to BJ on winning the bet! 😂😜

Chan

This was amazing--I'm so glad you both liked it too! I was sobbing when he hugged himself at the end.

Chan

I was lucky enough to see him in concert during his last tour a couple years ago and it was very meaningful! He ended with Goodbye Yellow Brick Road and gave a heartfelt thank you to his fans. Genuinely a great man.

Jason Bower

The actor who played Elton is Taron Egerton. Y’all would absolutely love Kingsman: The Secret Service! So good! Samuel L. plays a great part in it too!

Dan Gershgol

This was excellent. You need to watch the Sing movies. Taron Egerton voiced Johnny in Sing 1 and 2 and for that reason he landed the role in this movie.

Raider Ron

I saw Elton last year at Dodger Stadium and he wore the Dodger outfit but it was a robe. His show was amazing.

Raider Ron

Bernie was the only one who was a real friend and still is.

Raider Ron

That was Kiki Dee singing Stop Breaking My Heart.

Jordan

Bj make Asia some diner man 😂

Dan Gonya

I still love that movie. 😂

Dan Gonya

I was practically screaming at the screen sayin, " Asia, it's Robb Stark, Jon Snow's half brother!" So close, but I'm afraid BJ won that one.

Michele Pérez

You recognize the guy because he was in the Game of Thrones.

Mami's Gatos

Sooo lucky!!!! What a blessing to have that experience. 🙌

Mami's Gatos

That's exactly what I thought of when he got with that toxic manager. Same shit Freddy did. I would fired him and sued him for emotional distress or some shit. He kept disregarding Eltons well being. From a Professional standpoint I feel like there are like, labor laws against that, right?

Syl

This is such an amazing movie ♥

Julie Lazenby

I love this movie and I love Elton's music... grew up with it!!!! Taron was such a great pick to play him and should have won the Oscar!!!! There are some behind the scenes footage on YouTube, some duets with Elton & Taron, interviews etc..... if y'all want to go down that little rabbit hole!!!!

CD

Loved watching this one- Love elton John, Tiny Dancer is one of my all time favs and I love all his music but loved his influence w/ southern rock in the less well known "tumbleweed connection" album (troubadour era) --and look up Leon Russell who was a 60s and 70s icon and was a great inspiration to Elton John early on- look him up, they did an album later together and elton john got him inducted into the rock n roll hall of fame :-)
