I love this character and this movie so much and have seen it more times than I can probably remember. I can’t tell you how happy it made me to see you guys so engaged in the story and on the edge of your seat; I really think the movie’s timeless and it’s still a crowdpleaser. There’s something special about real stunts, real choreography performed by real actors, and real explosions paired with a classic story and charismatic actors. The stuntman doing the tricks on and jumping around the horses during the chase scene still blows my mind. My advice would be to go ahead and skip the sequel though, not exactly on the same level as this. (As a random side note, I’m an aspiring screenwriter and when I get burnt out or hit a wall on my original scripts, my “just for fun”/practice project is developing a new sequel to this film, and I think the story I’ve come up with is pretty good. So if anybody else loves this movie, cross your fingers that Disney will let me make that one too one day, while we’ve still got Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zeta Jones lol.)

If you like Historic movies? I'd suggest ''A knights tale'' with Heath Ledger set in medieval times - trust me, you won't be disappointed! And? Robin Hood prince of thieves with Kevin Costner and Morgan Freeman! I like the second Zorro too. And The three Musketeers. I love these kind of adventure movies. And yes, they based Antonio's character Puss in boots from Shrek off his Zorro character. Kinda genius lol. Thanks guys, loved your reaction to this! Thank you so much VIP! MVP!

So glad you guys did this one- made my weekend!! I love this movie- so many great actors with antonio banderas, catherine ZJ and Anthony Hopkins :-) Anthony Hopkins is so versatile as an actor too- from the silence of the lambs to this. Please do Hannibal (silence of the lambs 2 / sequel - I know it didn't win the polls but it is good and you get some great shots of Florence). Great reaction- thanks for doing this one!!

Excellent movie. I watched reruns of the 1950s Zorro tv series as a young kid. You need to go back and watch the other two movies in the Desperado trilogy. Once upon a time in Mexico is my favorite.

Yes, Sir Anthony Hopkins along with being Hannibal Lecter in the movie Silence of the Lambs. He was also Thor's father in the movie Thor, as well as being Van Helsing in the movie Bram Stoker's Dracula.
