Oh yeah! Quentin Tarantino and George Clooney were awesome in this. This is one o those crazy films that starts off crazy and ends crazy. This would have been great pick for october, but any month is a great month for a great scary movie in my book! To be fair this was written by Quentin Tarantino & Robert Kurtzman so basically it's a Quentin Tarantino movie, just not directed by him. Asia & BJ didn't address the director claim at the end which BJ made at the beginning. I assume Quentin was able to influense on the casting and style as the writer even when he wasn't the director.

However The Maya civilization spanned present-day Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, and El Salvador, with major centers in the Yucatán Peninsula and the highlands of Guatemala. The Aztec civilization was located in central Mexico, with its capital, Tenochtitlán, situated on an island in Lake Texcoco. The Maya civilization existed from around 2600 BC, with its peak during the Classic Period (250–900 AD), while the Aztecs rose to power in the 14th century AD and dominated until the Spanish conquest in the 16th century. So Mexico was predominantly Mayan for most of it's history, and ancient vampires would likely come from the Mayan civilisation.
