Dwight wasn't dressed up as a Stargate character. He is dressed as Sarah Kerrigan from Starcraft 2 (video game). At the end of the episode (during the Robert California story telling) you can see him playing Starcraft on his work computer.

Actually, a few episodes ago, we already heard them state what the plan is in terms of the birth name. We learned that the new baby boy addition to the Halpert family will be called Phillip. Pam and Angela were quarreling over the aforementioned name once they both came to the realization that they had intended the same for their respective, expectant sons. In Pam's case, one of her grandfathers was named Philip, whereas when it comes to Angela and her feline love, it derives from her desire to call her child that after one of her cats.
