Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969)

Comments

Edgar Gonzalez

Oh man, another classic! Robert Redford, Paul Newman, Katherine Ross, Ted Cassidy, and Sam Elliot. Based on the true story of 2 outlaws. and the remarkable friendship between Butch - possibly the most likeable outlaw in frontier history - and his closest associate, Sundance Kid

Open Range is at the top of my list of great westerns...Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall.

Darth Brooks

Going classic tonight, great picks for this lineup!

Jay Rivera

Old fucking school baby 🤘 people wish they could go out like that!

JL Green

Man, you're batting 500! Casablanca, followed by this? You've made my weekend!!!!

Abel Salas Jr

This was Paul Newman's most commercially successful western, but his most critically acclaimed performance is as John Russell in the film Hombre. AWESOME MOVIE.

I am so excited to see this ... And this was my very first request I ever made from about 4 years ago I think. So thank you so very much! Of all the couples I began to follow. You are now the Only one I follow!! I pray the love and light you share with the world daily, reaches millions more and is reflected back to both of you 10 fold ... God Bless and stay safe xoxox ❤️

Gregg

Who are those guy??? Classic line !

Aaron Barlow

Hey guys, it's way overdue for y'all to react to Casino Royale. I looked for your reaction to it and was shocked to find you haven't! It's the best Bond film.

Michele Pérez

Both, Paul Newman and Robert Redford are exceptional human beings. I’m sure your trips to a grocery store. You’ve noticed a product on the shelves called Newman’s own. Paul Newman cofounded the organization. All proceeds after taxes are donated to charity. Robert Redford has dedicated his life to conservation. Redford went on to create the Sundance Film Festival, which became the country's largest festival for independent films

Such a fantastic film. Thanks VIP! 💞

Kevin Landon

Cool, maybe we can get something within the last half century for the next drops 😂

Robin

I love this film. Still patiently waiting for more Marvel!! 🥰

Michele Pérez

Etta, played by Katherine Ross has been married for over 40 years to the one and only Sam Elliott. Sam is also in this film.

Michele Pérez

The guy at the beginning playing cards against Sundance a.k.a. Robert Redford. Who asked him how good he was and he showed him. That guy is Sam Elliott. A very young Sam Elliot.

Kimberly Tyda

Paul Newman and Robert Redford were both in The Sting.

Karen E Donovan

Etta (Sundance's girlfriend) decided to leave because she knew that Sundance and Butch's time was running out. When she told them that she would go to Bolivia with them, she said that the one thing she would not do is to watch them die.

CD

Yaaaay! Can’t wait to watch this ☝️

Randy Ripley

Thank yall for a classic! "The Sting" boys back together.

Barb Just Barb

The Sting starred the same two actors; Butch and Sundance was earlier. The Sting came out in 1973. Newman and Redford became lifelong friends but those were their only two movies together.

Emily Morris

Next, watch Bonnie and Clyde.

Aaron Drew

Next we got to get Tyler Perry Joe’s College Road Trip it was very good

Robin

No posts in a couple of days, are you guys ok over there after Valentines Day lol 😂🥰🥰

Dan Gershgol

Never seen this one before. Great to see Paul Newman and Robert Redford together. A real treat.

Raider Ron

I always loved this movie. All the movies Newman and Redford did together were great. You guys would love Bonnie and Clyde with Warren Beaty and Faye Dunnaway.

SteveSize

This movie never fails. Must be my 20th watch at least in my 50 years on the planet. Gotta be in my top 10 of all time

mark

Woodcock!

What that song Home on the Range song you be singing BJ? Sound lovely

fyi- Logan, the guy that challenged Butch's authority (Ted Cassidy) played Lurch the butler on the Addams Family TV series. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid: Early Days is pretty decent too. I think it came out in the late 70's, with different actors portraying them.
