I've seen them all and Conjuring 2 IMO the best of all them. It introduces you to more of the characters in the other movies.

The fact conjuring freaking 2 is winning in the poll and in the comments, over a classic like Carrie or even a good b movie time with Christine is crazy. The worst offender is the fact that American Psycho, a brilliant satire on the 80's is so far behind Conjuring 2.

All good picks, and I love all of these movies, but Carrie is hands down the best movie on this list.

I voted for Carrie because it’s such a classic. It’s directed by Brian DePalma who is a master of suspense. By far, the best film on the list. American Psycho is another must see. It *is* very disturbing but it’s also one of the most brilliant satires ever made. I think it’s hysterical.

I chose the Conjuring 2 because those movies always scare me, but they are all great - you can’t go wrong. Although, I would categorize American Psycho as a satire of yuppie culture and more of a thriller as compared to the others. Don’t get me wrong…it definitely should be on your watch list, I just don’t put it with horror, more like a Silence of the Lambs thriller. Compared to the amped up scares in today’s movies, I don’t find Carrie or Christine that scary…but I get sucked in every time they are on. Just like there’s this vampire movie called 30 Days of Night…I know it’s not the best, but I watch it every…single…time…it comes on! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Carrie best on list, but doubt it will win cus of it's age. American Psycho maybe next best for quality. They even copied the famous Carrie scene in the TV show Wednesday. Oh, Addams Family movie, and Wednesday TV series at some point, maybe when they make season 2 if strike ever ends.

American Psycho is my pick but Conjuring 2 is okay, just the same old cut and paste possession flick. All the others are corny at best and/or outdated. If y'all do watch Carrie I'd recommend the newest version with Chloe Moretz, it's lightyears above the original. I said what I said and I love Stephen King don't hate me fam lol. ✌❤

I was just thinking about this cause i voted for American Psycho but it really isnt a scary film per se. Maybe i should change my vote to the conjuring 2. I mean if they want scary we should vote for a scary movie not the best movie or our fav movie on the list especially if it is not really a scary movie. Asia! BJ! You should watch CAPE FEAR for horror October. Directed by Scorsese and has Robert De Niro as one of the creepiest, scariest movie villains of all time. Really twisted but really good.

I’m genuinely confused and am sincerely asking; did I miss the post for American Psycho? I saw it won the poll with Conjuring 2 in 2nd but only see Conjuring 2 posted. Likewise with the Hereditary poll. Or do you guys have a system for the poll posts?
