Source Code from Sudtying Agner Fog 2 (Patreon)

Please find attached the source code from the latest video, Studying Agner Fog 2. I fixed a small bug: I changed SAR to SHR in teh ASM code when dividing the counts. They're unsigned ints, so it should be SHR :)

Could somebody please let know if they are able to compile and run this project on their system? I tried to remove as much of the project as I could, and I'm not sure if it still runs...?
