Watching Blizzard: Somehow summer (Patreon)

June has arrived, and for the life of me I can’t figure out how. But it’s here and there’s no escaping it: we simply have to deal with the horrors of summer. Ugh.

What? You’re saying summer is good? Well, gentlefolk, we will have to agree to disagree on that one, because it is hot enough here to leave me melting on my keyboard, and “melted” is never my desired state.

Anyway. Enough of that. Let’s talk about the news.

No we aren’t writing Soldier 76 fanfic

• In which the internet is going crazy because of Fallout 76 and Soldier 76.
• And of course we aren’t writing fanfic, because the fanfic basically writes itself. Come on, give us a challenge here.

Another preview of Before the Storm

• Anduin’s trying to save the world… but can he?
• If you’re ready to read, the novel comes out on June 12 and you can pre-order it now.

Does the Mage Tower really have to go away?

• Blizzard has changed how it handles rare content a lot since the beginning… but with all of Blizzard’s other Artifact appearances sticking around, why does this one have to go?

There’s a lot of change happening in Battle for Azeroth

• So will you be changing your main?
• I haven’t decided yet, but as I tend to main a healer, I was very interested in Ted’s rundown of healers in the expansion. I’m still not sure about switching, though, even as I have two at max level and two more within a stone’s throw of it.

More expansion screenshots? More expansion screenshots!

• Today’s photo tour tackles the Port of Zandalar and Grand Bazaar in Dazar’alor.

Did someone say Warriors?

• Rossi digs through the changes to Fury Warriors in the beta.
• I know, it’s Rossi. It totally surprised me that he’d want to talk about Warriors, too.

That’s all for today, friends! Until tomorrow, this is Liz, signing out.
