You guys missed what Finnick was saying while he was on camera. He mentioned how when victors from the Games are found desirable, President Snow would sell them, sell their body. It really gives more depth to how bad it is, past just what the Games themselves are. You guys did hear him mention afterwards about poison and how President Snow uses it and how he has built up a sort of intolerance for it. If you recall the second movie President Snow takes a drink at the party outside and when some of the drink goes back into the glass there was some blood in it. That is from the sores in his mouth from that. There's alot of details you guys miss because you talk alot (not trying to say that in a way that sounds mean sorry 😆) so I figured I would fill you in on that. I do the same thing sometimes with family when we watch movies. Lol Loved your reaction and can't wait for the next one!

Loved this reaction, can't wait for part 2! Philip Seymour Hoffman did unfortunately die during the filming of mockingjay part 2. He completed most of the filming, but there's one scene towards the end that he was supposed to be in, and sadly died beforehand. RIP.

To put your mind at ease, there is no rat. But there's a few mfs who need to be taken out of district 13 😒😂. Also, ash's gale hate is VALID!!! You'll get it. If it helps, cause I think you missed it a bit, the reason District 13 is so plain and a little extreme (like the jumpsuits, no coffee, having an underground bunker and being fine with lowering the oxygen to 14% to survive being underground for however long they may need to be) they were originally the "military" district. Those skills and mindsets helped keep them alive after the capitol thought they'd killed them all. Also the reason Cressida (margaery) had an American accent is because Panem is essentially the US but in a world where water levels rose so much that not much/none of the rest of the world is left I think?? 🤙

Your guys's anxiety about the rat theory (which I loved because I just love your investment in the story whether you're right or wrong) made you miss that finnick was talking about President Snow human trafficking the victors. Finnick was the youngest to win the hunger games so he was traffic at 14 years old to capitol citizens who could afford his "desirability".

It's pretty symbolic that in the beginning of the first Hunger Games movie, Prim had a dream about the reaping and Katniss comforted her. Now, when Katniss had that dream about Peta being in district 13 and asking him to stay with her, she woke up and Prim came over to comfort Katniss. Shows how much Katniss has regressed due to trauma, and how much Prim has matured; that the Hunger Games left Katniss stagnant and in a similar fear based state that her little sister used to be in, and how Prim was forced to mature from the bombing and other capitol related things. Its role reversal.
