An enlightenment came suddenly (Patreon)

As for the title, let me explain—this all happened just the day before yesterday. I was working on a large commission (some of you may already know about it), and it looked like the piece was about 80% done…

But suddenly, I felt this wave of dissatisfaction—anger at myself for standing still, for playing it too safe. So I grabbed an A3 sketchbook from beside my bed, along with a pencil, and just let it dance across the paper.

And in the end, a brand-new draft was born—one that left the client(s) stunned. From that sketch onward, I began redrawing everything.
