Wish everyone have a safe, peaceful, and fun in this Halloween!

This time is not trick or treating, it’s the pumpkin harvesting.

Enjoy! 😙

The forest was rarely this sweet.

It wasn’t the scent of flowers or ripened fruit, but a richness too thick, too intoxicating—sweet enough to make you dizzy just by breathing.

Beasts wandered through the trees, their minds sealed in honey. They said the scent came from the pumpkins the chieftain’s sons had brought home.

Those two returned exhausted yet dazed, as if they’d survived a sacred rite. Some laughed, thinking they’d simply spent the night tangled together; others whispered that the pumpkins were not of this world.

Whatever the truth, the pumpkins were cut, cooked, and shared. The sweetness seeped from the firelight, sliding over skin, slipping into dreams. By nightfall the whole tribe swayed between song and sigh, touched by unseen hands.

When morning came, the air still tasted of sugar—gentle, and dangerous.
