Yeah a box with multiple storefronts could never survive. Imagine if you had Steam, Epic, Battle.net, the Xbox PC Store, GOG, Humble, Origin, UPlay, Green Man Gaming, CD Keys, G2A, itch.io, and the Microsoft Store to pick from. They would all fight for your dollar and ultimately eat each other alive. It would be a race to the bottom.... right? To Jaffe's point, console gamers just can't comprehend just how bad they have it. Like living in a different decade.

For the record, that Alanah tweet Colin referenced was fake. People made it up entirely. As Jaffe mentioned earlier in the stream, Alanah Pearce has not used Twitter in quite awhile.

Colin, I know you don't read comments, but for my own sake of internal happiness, I will leave this here: try Linux Ubuntu. Before you roll your eyes, wait! I am a console gamer down to the atoms that make my existence in the universe. I hate using PCs for anything other than work and content creation. I switched 6 years ago to Ubuntu after being pissed into oblivion with Microsoft bs. It is perfect and absolutely ready for "dumb" customer experience. As proof for that I can only tell you that I installed it on my wife's notebook (hope she doesn't see this) a few years ago and she doesn't have any problems with it. Last year I installed Ubuntu on ma parent's laptops and they are in their 60s - no more calls about antivirus software screaming at them, no more printers not working , no problems at all. If you don't use something very specific that does not cooperate with Linux, try Ubuntu. No copilot. No bloat. A pure essential to the core operating system that has a user-friendly and very readable UI.

Great stream! Love anything with Jaffe. So far my favorite streams since Sacred Streaming started has been Playstation E3 95, Mega Man playthroughs, and anything with Jaffe. Keep it up everyone.

With neither the time nor inclination to watch video streams, I would really like it if these conversations happened in some sort of audio format. The dynamic is enjoyable and a lot of the most recent topics are something people want to hear you guys talk about. Unfortunately, most of your audience is missing these conversations right now.
