I love simple hack and slash games like Dantes Inferno so Wolverine being a simple hack and slash with the insane production value of a Playstation exclusive has been a good time. It nails the Wolverine power fantasy

Been playing Wolverine all morning and its awesome imo. The response ive seen on twitter today from people jumping in has been WAY more positive than the reviews and the twitter hate mob would lead to believe.

Bradley did you actually play on the hardest difficulty. You said only 2% of the wuicktime events fail if you don’t do anything. You might wanna go back. Also the game has something called settings. If you play it on easy then expect the most casual experience.

I didn't test every QuickTime event in the game; that would be psychotic. I meant the ones I tested and what I've seen from others. I also did play it on the hardest difficulty. Why would I lie about that? LOL -Brad

I would like to know your position regarding receiving review codes?

I'm just here to balance out the negative comments. I am really enjoying Wolverine. Hope you guys have a good day.

Derek Brown

Loving Wolverine. I think a lot game players don't know how to take games in on the game's terms.

Well, after hearing a third LSM staff member say Wolverine isn't that good, it's been put on the "only buy when on sale" list for me, and I have bought every single player Playstation first party game on day one since Uncharted 4. I was pretty disappointed in Spider-Man 2, and honestly Rift Apart got kind of boring for me by the end of the game. I loved 2018 Spider-Man, but, for me, Insomniac hasn't measured up to the other first party teams since they were bought by Playstation. I wonder if Wolverine will go on sale by Black Friday, like The Last of Us Part I (remake) did. I might pick it up for $50, or I might wait to see if it eventually drops into the $30 range.

Caleb Greer

That’s not very nice. You could just skip.

I'm sorry but in order for a product to get better I have to call out the bad parts of it. I am just so over the grifters in the community with no conviction and clear biases. Now do I care that there is an XBOX podcast? No, I usually scroll past. But when I see the bias go towards games I'm generally interested in, I can't help but share my opinion. The average PlayStation fan knows the community we have lived in for decades. We have seen the XBOX fanboys, the PC fanboys etc. The problem is these people cannot practice pragmatism and just chalk everything up to subjective.
